This was the perfect little place to stay with our three kids! Very clean and the communication with the host was phenomenal! Thank you for a great stay 20 years after our honeymoon! We won’t wait so long to go back next time!

This place was amazing! Jeff was fantastic to communicate with! We will 100% be back and I can’t wait to stay here again. A/C was amazing after the long hot days on the beach. The place is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Beds were so comfy! View is gorgeous! Perfect place to watch the sunset just feet from the door. You definitely will not go wrong with choosing this place!

This was a great location. It was very clean and roomy. Just the right amount of space for what we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals while there.

We enjoyed our vacation in Princeville as it is a beautiful place to visit. This unit is spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located to the beach and shops. We enjoyed walking down to the 1 hotel and sipping coffee overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. The pool in the complex is clean and close to the unit. The BBQs were accessible and well maintained. Overall, a nice unit that is spacious and well located.

Really smooth and easy booking and check in. Place was very clean. Kitchen incredibly well stocked for cooking. Appreciated the stock of condiments, coffee filters, sunscreen, beach chairs and coolers. Jeff is a great host and goes out of his way to personally call several times before your trip.

This place was every bit as described and more. Jeff was an outstanding host. He is the first VRBO host who has ever reached out and wanted to connect before we rented from him. It shows how much he cares for his home. The place is clean, spacious and was amazingly quiet. The location was and to our surprise it was within walking distance of a great sunset lookout point (about a 5 min walk down the street) and the Queen’s Baths attraction (a seasonal attraction that includes a fair hike) is about 15 mins on foot. Jeff asked us to sign a separate one page agreement outside of the VRBO platform. This was a first for us, but we researched and found it is not that unusual. No major concerns when we had it reviewed by an attorney, just something to be aware of. We would definitely consider renting from Jeff again as the north shore is one of our favorites. Clear to see why this is a 10 star property. Mahalo.

Great place to stay

My daughter and used this as our home base for our visit to Kauai. It was a beautiful home and was perfect for our needs. Would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend to friends.

Excellent communication from the host and was very welcoming. The host has great knowledge of area andwas willing to share which helped plan our day’s adventures. Condo is very clean, provides all amenities you could need and is within walking distance to shops, golf and beaches.Will be back, hopefully sooner than later!

Perfect Stay!

Staying here felt like staying in someone's home, not a rental. Everything was fantastic from communication with the owner, cleanliness, proximity to stores and restaurants and was just calm and serene. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Lovely stay in Princeville

Well appointed 2 bedroom condo, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals there, and the pool was right across from us. AC a major bonus in this area!

Great Condo

Had everything we needed for our week stay. Ample food staples (condiments, coffee filters, spices) and beach gear- including snorkel sets, coolers, towels. Condo pool and hot tub were delightful after a busy day. Would stay again.

What a wonderful place! Jeff was more than welcoming and even reached out with a phone call when we first booked. The condo is spacious and perfect for a group or family. AC worked wonderfully and the sunsets from the condo were unmatched! Plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, beach chairs etc that are this a perfect stay!
