The property was wonderful for our family. Being able to bring our dog was a huge bonus! The beach access was very close, the beach had the best shells I’ve ever found! The pool was colder than I’d expected in early October, but the kids still enjoyed it during the day. We would definitely stay here again!

It sounds like you had some great luck finding shells along the beach, which is always a fun bonus! We completely understand wishing the pool was a little warmer, especially during an October stay, but we're happy the kids still got to enjoy it during the day. Family Vacation

The house was wonderful and was bigger than we expected on the inside. Something that would be helpful and simple is to keep a couple brooms and dustpans with the small brooms especially with people like us that like to sweep/ clean up things that are dropped and we also like to sweep before we go too

Best Beach Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and the location. The beach was access was right across the road. The house was very clean. We did have some wifi issues day 1 but someone came out immediately and got the issue fixed. We traveled with kids and the pool was great. The kids loved it as well as is adults. I highly recommend staying here for your next vacation

Great Location, Clean and Comfy

The house was super clean, pool was clean. It is spacious. The location is great! Causeway Pizza man’s Wings around the corner is great! It was quite and relaxing

The location was ideal and convenient, making it easy to get to the beach, explore the area, and relax in the pool or on the front porch!The home itself was clean, spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, and PRIVATE pool. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth, and any questions we had were promptly answered.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely book it again.

Great Location

Our stay at On Point was a good one. The check in/checkout procedure was fast and easy. The pool was great and we had plenty of room. The dishwasher messed up mid-week and the dryer was not drying well the time we were there. By the end of the week no hot air was blowing at all. I tried to contact the property manager but received no response. Other than that our stay was great. The location is wonderful. Thanks for a good week at the beach.

On Point

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent. More beach towels provided than needed, clean, well appointed and kitchen was well stocked. The accommodation were perfect for our family. There was ample room for the 9+ infant, the layout was perfect and gave the house the feel of more space than the actual square footage. We subscribed to the beach chairs and umbrella set up, best decision ever! Beach access directly across the street, a must for a tier 2 property! They were set up promptly each morning and taken down well after we left the beach in the late afternoon. If we decide to return we would book again.

Great Location

Pros: Location, plenty of room, bedrooms were great, great for my dog a 30lb. goldendoodle Cons: Needs more furniture by the pool, the two lounge chairs were nice, everything else was falling apart. Grill was in the listing then I was told I wasn't getting one. Showed up there was two grills one gas and one charcoal both were filthy. AC was not working correctly, technicians were there three times during the week and it was still not working correctly by the time we left. We were lucky the week we were there was not to hot.

Nice place, awesome location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is perfect. Catch sunsets in back yard. Breeze under the deck by pool. And the best thing was being right across street from beach access. Would give a 5 star but has AC problems the last night. Called left a message, the person who handled outside stopped by at 7pm to say someone would be here in a couple of hours. Time went on ...wife/kid and 2 other people left at 10pm to drive back to Charlotte cause it was 80 degrees in house. AC guy showed up at 12:30am! Not once did I receive any further communication, would have been nice knowing someone was still coming. Could use a baby/doggy gate on front porch to keep dogs from taking an unwanted stroll. But other wise a great stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental house is perfect. However, a little more detail from the rental company needs to be had. When we arrived, the house was clean. The outdoor area needed some attention. The pool had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and the small yard that we had had huge dog tirds all over it. The primary rooms blinds were falling down and the door fell off the closet. Also, our dishwasher didn’t work and couldn’t be replaced the entire week we were there. Important please note that it’s listed as a five bedroom rental. However, the fifth room is underneath the house and only access by going outside. The worst part of that was the room had a wet And musky smell that had been covered up with air freshener. We would not have been able to use that room because of that. On a note we called the rental company and needed something. They took care of it for us.
