Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! The Fort Lauderdale beach location! It is between the intracoastal waterway and atlantic ocean! Nestled behind the W hotel, this is one block to the beach, 2 blocks to the Water Taxi pick up location, and surrounded by vacation hot spots! A fast ride will take you to Las Olas and into the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale! Enjoy our heated pool (December-February) and newly renovated interiors! You will have one assigned parking space only.

Located in Fort Lauderdale "Central Beach" area!! This area is where all major beach hotels and resorts are located in the city. It is a popular worldwide destination and it has everything you want - calm and serene environment, beautiful clean and safe beach and many restaurants, bars and clubs for entertainment. Many important city events take center-stage in this area like the annual "Tortuga Festival" or "Air show." This area of Fort Lauderdale is considered by many to be the "gem" of the city. Too many attractions and great things to do to list here - just come over, unwind, relax and enjoy your stay in this oasis!!

Uber is very affordable and easy from our location. You will have one assigned parking space. IMPORTANT! - Only one vehicle is permitted. All others may be towed at the owners expense.

Parking space for one car is included with reservation. We are walking distance from beach restaurants and bars. Uber or Lyft or local cart can give you a quick ride to popular "Las Olas", downtown Ft Lauderdale, Galleria Mall or any other attractive areas for a fee.

Perfect location! Close to everything. Host communication was amazing! Would definitely stay here again! Water Taxi was awesome!

Just ok

The outside of the property is worn down and needs updated. There is no elevator and you need to navigate un even steps to get into the property (even 1st floor units). There were several issues during our 3 night stay. The owner was responsive when I messaged him, but none were resolved before we left. Issues included: light outside our door did not work which made it difficult to see the keypad to unlock after sundown, the bed was low to the ground and was questionable if it would hold 2 people, there was a hair in the sheets when we pulled them down... yuck, there was a loud noise outside the back window making it hard to sleep at night, only one drinking glass in kitchen and it was very dirty, there was mold in bathroom, no shelf in shower to place personal bathing items, pool chairs were molded and unusable, wifi was spotty at best. The location is good, being a block or so from the beach. The price was decent for the location, but it did appear that only 3 of the 9 units were occupied at any given time which is not a good sign and explains why it was still available just a few months before travel.

Perfect spot plus a pool!

I have stayed here years ago and was happy to find it was available. It is only one and a half blocks to the beach and close to tons of restaurants. The pool was nicely heated so even though the weather wasn’t as warm as we expected it was nice. Our favorite breakfast place was Archibalds. Also loved the wine garden which is in the same area.

Great for a short stay

Stayed only 1 night. Room was clean, provided all we needed. Outside needs a spring cleaning (stairs and pool area) Would not stay for a week though. Pool chairs not clean. Great location - walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice to have free parking, but price very high for total experience.
