Thank you for this feedback. We are glad you found the interior clean and charming, though we are sorry that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. For clarity, the exterior was actively being maintained during the visit, and the lawn was maintained after the first night. When we were contacted about the hot water and shower, we responded promptly and did everything possible to address the issues promptly. The house has additional fans and air-conditioning units available beyond the window unit mentioned in the review. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that the temperature inside was a concern, or we would have immediately helped provide those additional options. We received multiple messages throughout each day regarding a wide range of details and made every effort to respond quickly and thoughtfully to each one. While we always welcome constructive feedback and opportunities to improve, some of the communication was unusually frequent and confrontational, which made resolving the concerns more difficult than it needed to be. We remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and responsive experience for our guests.
