Gorgeous Family Lakefront Cabin | Incredible Views

Welcome to the Lake! Our waterfront cabin offers plenty of space for the whole family. With breathtaking views and plenty of yard space, we are sure you will make memories that will last a lifetime. Located only 20 minutes to North Conway, 20 Minutes to Bridgton and 15 minutes from Shawnee Peak, our cabin is secluded yet close to everything!

Our cabin caters perfectly to families and groups of friends with plenty of space for everyone. Come enjoy our private lakefront cabin any time of year!

We live 7 minutes down the road if you need anything!

We have 2.5 bathrooms. The half bath is finished but located in an unfinished basment.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

Beautiful cabin, large lot with plenty of privacy. Sandy beach on a nice pond. The cabin had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Excellent, private location on a peaceful lake. The water was warm and the lake was perfect for boating - a kayak, canoe, and paddleboard were provided. Very shallow, sandy beach area. Only one bedroom has AC, but there are fans and lots of windows. We loved the massage chair and firepit. There's great hiking nearby - we went up Jockey Cap.

Great Week

Excellent property. Clean, comfortable, great deck and views, nice waterfront and lots of fun activities. The photos DO NOT do the backyard and waterfront justice - Both were much better than expected (see attached photos).

Beautiful Place!

The lake (or technically “pond”) is just a beautiful setting and the house takes advantage of it perfectly. It’s convenient for all activities and it’s nice to have the mountain division trail across the street for a morning run. The house is well maintained and managed nicely.

Little slice of heaven

We loved everything about our stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The view from the cabin was gorgeous. The property and lake-front was beautiful and private. We enjoyed paddling in the lake, campfires, and grilling. The cabin is just a short distance to Fryberg and North Conway. There's plenty to do in the area, but it's also a pleasant place when you don't want to go anywhere.

Great Family Vacation

Perfect location for my family of 8 adults and 2 dogs to get away and relax. large yard, firepit and oversized deck for entertaining all of us. I know it says Lovewell Pond, but it is a very large pond/lake. We Kayaked, canoed, paddle boarded and floated on tubes. We also brought a Jet Ski which was fun to check out the whole place. When it rained, we had plenty of space inside for ALL of us to relax and play games. Lots of amenities provided. If the view out the windows weren't beautiful enough the inside of the house is just as lovely!
