-The premises are not available to "groups" or persons under the age of twenty-five (25), excluding families traveling with children. Under no circumstance do we rent to prom groups, senior weeks, or any other type of non-family groups consisting of guests under 25.

-Linens and towels are not provided; you must bring your own or ask us about renting them from a local company who will drop them off and pick them up directly at the unit.
