Great condo, loved the location, really is 50 steps to the beach, great view, Condo very clean. Justin was quick to respond to our message. Will definitely be back.

50 steps to beach review

Our stay was great! This was just lodging for us to sleep and relax when not at the beach and this place did just that. it was quiet and clean. it was also equipped with all the beach equipment needed! we would definitely stay here again. if we hadn’t met family in Myrtle, we would have preferred the more secluded beach!

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful oceanfront condo! Everything was top-notch! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect location, close to everything we needed! We would have to say it was as close to perfect as could be! We definitely hope it will be available for rent the next opportunity we have to return to Myrtle Beach! Thank you so very much for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Perfect

Perfect place to stay! Condo was beautiful, clean and very well stocked with every thing our family needed. We really liked the location in North Myrtle Beach with literally only a few steps to the beach. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony and a large indoor pool and hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. Hope to return again soon! Thank you!

I wouldn't stay again. Basic necessities like enough toilet paper, garbage bags were not available. There was no hand soap in the kitchen and almost empty bottles in each bathroom. We had to go the store twice to get the things that should have been available, considering we only stayed for two nights, which was not what we wanted to do during our weekend getaway. The towels smell like they were sprayed with fragrance. The washer machine has black mold (although I did let the owner know). The area rugs, bathroom rugs, and carpeting in the unit are very dirty with stains. It seems like they are never cleaned. It's not a good place if you have a baby crawling on the floor for this reason. This place needs a lot of updates. The pictures are somewhat deceiving. On the positive side, the balcony and view were the best part.

Thanks for your taking the time to provide your feedback. I apologize again that we missed the trash liner, but would like to note that after you messaged me at 9pm, I had them immediately delivered by 7:30 am the following morning. Each bathroom did have a full roll of toilet paper, but based your feedback, we will include an extra roll in each bathroom for all stay going forward. All towels are professionally laundered. We ourselves stay often and have never noticed any fragrance, We will contact our launderer and see if anything has changed recently. The small spot inside the washer’s detergent dispenser has been disinfected with bleach Rugs and carpets are professionally cleaned quarterly, with the next service scheduled this week. I believe that the photos accurately represent the space and nothing has been changed since they were taken. Thanks again for your feedback and I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations.
