Sullivan's Place was home of many years to my beautiful aunt Julie. Her love for music and enjoying life to the fullest is what inspired us to create Sullivan's Place. If you love music and enjoy the outdoors then this place is for you. Now offering a no step entry. ask us for more details. Conveniently located less than one mile from town but we offer 6 acres to roam and do as you please. This house is within minutes from the public boat landing on the Shenandoah River. Enjoy Fishing, Swiming, Canoeing, Kayaking, etc. or stay here the whole time and enjoy a large field for outdoor sports or a wooded area that has an abundance of wildlife such as deer, squirrels, rabbits. Conveniently located within several towns with a lot to do if your heart desires. Massanutten resort is less than 20 minutes. Luray Caverns is 25 miles to the North and Harrisonburg is 25 miles to the South West. This is a two story home, Bedroom two and three are upstairs, and they share a full bathroom. Also located upstairs is a futon for extra guests. Everything else including the master bedroom is located on the main floor. NO STEPS option for easy access to all of the ground floor! Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I spent the weekend here with another couple and we all agreed it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! The home is welcoming and well appointed as well as super clean and comfy!Host was easy to communicate with and helpful. We had our dog with us and she was thrilled with all the land and trees and places to explore. We also had my mom in a wheelchair and the home is super easy to navigate. Already thinking about a spring trip to meet up with friends.

Fantastic location for family gathering! Beautiful space both inside and out, with plenty of fun for all ages and close to so many local attractions. Great communication with the host. We will look forward to staying again in the near future.

Perfect little mountain spot!

The home and property were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The host, Ian, was super attentive when asking if we could check in an hour early and answered any messages quickly. The kids loved the games there and the firepit for smores. This home was in a good quiet place and not too far from attractions. We loved it!

We had a fantastic time at this rental. Everything you could need and more!! Pictures and listing do not do it justice. Will rent again if we are ever needing a rental in this area

Shenandoah visit

Property is even better than described. Very well furnished and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and plenty of land to explore. Close to several area attractions. Communication with Ian was great.
