Amazing views, all the amenities you can think of, on the best property located at Eagle Beach, the top rated beach in Aruba; huge top floor terrace with private Jacuzzi; living area with TV, BBQ.....Just unique and luxurious. Plenty of space decorated with good taste, you will not want to leave this Penthouse!

Luxurious and private. Huge roof-top terrace for sunbathing and breathtaking sunset view. Lots of space. Just steps from the beach. 4 pools. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to everything, while still perfect for relaxation!

The Space
This property is located on the best beach in Aruba (Eagle Beach). It is large and luxurious. Very comfortable. The roof-top terrace is great for sunbathing and for watching the sunset over the ocean. One of the nicest places in Aruba!
This is a very well taken care of vacation home with a deluxe feel...much different than other vacation rental properties. The furniture is high quality and upscale (mostly West Elm and Pottery Barn).

Guest Access
Guests have access to Eagle Beach, 4 pools, roof-top sun deck, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Lots of space for relaxing!

The Neighborhood
The condo is located on a quieter part of Eagle Beach, but is very close to all of the excitement. Easy access to casinos and high rise hotels, a great grocery store just around the corner, and the most beautiful beach in Aruba! The complex is gated and there is 24 hour security on premises.

Getting around
A inexpensive public bus runs right in front of the resort. Taxis are easy to find on the main street right in front of the resort. If guests have a car, there is a designated parking space for the unit (everything is stress free...even the parking!).

Beautiful Condo. Great time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed such as beach chairs, coolers, some water toys, beach towels and more. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of cookware, dishes, spices and coffee. They even had some drinks waiting for us in the refrigerator. Plenty of space for our group of seven and what a view! The pools were amazing and our 4 year old really enjoyed them. The pool area was never crowded and we did not have a problem getting chairs. Got up early one day and reserved a palapa at the beach. The beach was beautiful, but the water was a little rough for our 4 year old, so we ended up at Palm Beach and Baby Beach on other days. We had many inquiries and Fabiana was quick to respond to all of them. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing Place to stay

This property was worth every penny . Our family ranging from 3-92 enjoyed every minute. Location was perfect. Beach and pools were beautiful. Close to activities yet away from Palm Beach crowds. We had a few issues that were addressed right away . Communication was prompt and pleasant.The staff at Oceania was pleasant and helpful. If you are looking to make amazing family memories this is the perfect place .

Fabulous rental on Eagle Beach

Girlfriends and I stayed here for our 40th Anniversary after graduate school! This Penthouse exceeded our expectations! It was so comfortable, well-stocked with essentials and beach gear, and simply beautiful! Great location right across from Eagles Beach, 3 beautiful pools, a quick bus or taxi ride to shops and excellent security! It will comfortably sleep 12 adults if you don’t mind sharing one of the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Hot tub and star-gazing on the roof was awesome!Beach,

Family trip

Excellent condo for our family trip- with two coming from California and three from Boston- all adults. Plenty of room for all. Great roof top deck where we had a wonderful family dinner. Complex well kept and quieter than the hotels but just a short walk to wonderful dinners and adventures. Would recommend for any large group. Pleasantly surprised how well stocked with everything you’d need for vacation and top cooking utensils. Nicely decorated. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Highly Recommend

This place was fabulous! Stay here and you will not be disappointed. The condo has beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and Caribbean Sea. Sunsets are spectacular from either inside the condo, the balcony off the living room or the rooftop patio. There were 5 of us celebrating my 60th birthday. We all had plenty of space. Each bedroom, except the bedroom on the main floor, has an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful view and extremely spacious bathroom. The condo has everything including: several coolers, beach bags, beach chairs, beach towels, and essentials for the kitchen (olive oil, cling wrap, seasonings, etc.). The owner / manager (Fabiola) was fantastic, responsive, and even stocked the refrigerator with a couple cans of a local arubian drink. The beach is a quick walk (5 minutes at most) past the 3 pools (which are fantastic), out the gate, and across a small street. The location of the building is in the quieter end of eagle beach which meant less crowds on the beach but plenty of great restaurants for lunch and dinner within a very short walk. If you are going to Aruba, you should definitely stay here. I'd also recommend you make reservations for dinner (even the off season was booked) and also order essential groceries ahead of your trip. The grocery store is within walking distance but we had our Taxi stop on way from airport to condo. It was easy, quick, and allowed us to start enjoying our vacation as soon as we arrived!

Great stay with friends!

Our group of 6 friends had an amazing stay! Perfect location if you want to be at the beach with easy access and amazing views. Also easy to get up to Palm Beach as needed. Would highly recommended groups of friends or families to stay here.

Great porperty for a relaxing vacation

This property was very clean, spacious and fully stocked! We were 2 families traveling together with children ages 6 to 12. There was plenty of space for everyone. The living area was very large which allowed us all to spread out when all together. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need to cook a meal for all and more! We had plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable. The rooftop was an added bonus with plenty of seating for some outdoor quiet during the day and a fun place to see the stars at night. The pool was just downstairs and the beach was a very short walk across a narrow and not busy street. We appreciated being provided with beach chairs as well. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to return!

Spacious, beautiful penthouse

This penthouse apartment was fantastic. Plenty of room for our group of 7 and the view was amazing. Enjoyed the multiple pools. Very short walk to the beaches. Our host Fabiana was very responsive to any and all requests.

Fabulous stay - Highly recommend this property

- Easy check-in - Convenient parking - Host incredibly responsive and accommodating (We requested an additional beach chair, which was delivered promptly. AC unit had issues one day, and it was serviced almost immediately. The crew came back the next day to make sure it was working properly.) - Tons of space (room was even nicer than the photos) - Beautifully decorated (some reviews noted signs of wear, but the paint/furniture knicks and such that we saw were minor and are normal for a rental unit) - Gorgeous views - Short walk to beach - Awesome beach (plenty of space to play Spikeball and other beach/water games) - Free palapas (Note: When I went to place chairs to save a palapa at 6:00 AM, I was the first one there. When I went at 7:00, they were 3/4 gone.) - 7-15 minute walks to multiple lunch options right on the beach - Nice pools that weren’t crowded (one was unavailable several days due to tile work, but not a big deal) - Pickleball and tennis courts - Two nice grocery stores and several restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Palm Beach and Oranjestad 10 minutes or less. - Construction of a new building occurring next door, so there was a bit of work noise during the day on weekdays I can’t say enough good things about this property. This was our first time on Aruba, and we would stay here all over again!

Fabulous view

This place had everything we needed. It was stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, and all the kitchen appliances that you could think of. The penthouse had the most fabulous views and was so spacious. The roof top was amazing and we enjoyed our morning coffee up there to evenings playing cards. We will definitely be back!

2nd time staying at this glorious Penthouse. Home away from home. Totally worth it!

We love this place. MAGICAL. We had 4 teenage boys, 20 yr old daughter and us parents. The location can’t be beat. Cocktails at sunset up on roof top while in the hot tub -the best. Dinners cooked on the grill. Us old folks playing cards up there while the younger ones scootered into town for their own fun. You won’t ever want to leave.

Beautiful Penthouse

Lovely artwork throughput this spacious comfortably furnished penthouse apartment. En-suite bedrooms were great. Lots of towels for the beach along with chairs. Only small thing needed was a bigger coffee maker.

"Older" Family Vacation

My immediate family and I renting for the period just after Turkey day this year. I found the place generally as advertise, however the general comments seen in the comments hold true....the place looks worn and is date. Still worth every penny and I would return, but that my biggest comment. The rooftop view in the evening is a must....from 3 till sunset it was great up there (a bit too hot at 2 with the full sun). The unit's building is in between the hustle of the downtown are (where the cruise ships come in) and the high-rise hotels (where most of the younger folks stay). You can get to either easily if you like...we preffered the relatively quiet beach right in front of the hotel (which is one of the best I have ever seen). Note: older folks (70+) in our group did have issue with all of the set in the unit....but they new that going in. They only over non-unit comment is to bring your own hard liquor to Aruba. Alcohol is not cheap there.

The location is great. Close to beach, grocery store, and restaurants

The condo was great. Roof top bathroom sink didn't work properly. There was a 2 hour power outtage while we were there. I attempted to contact Fabiola and her phone was turned off. She never checked on us after to make sure we were ok. No one was there to check us in. Fabiola came a day later. The condo staff was the best. Very friendly. Shout out to Joffrey and Saundra! Joffrey checked on us when the power went out and Saundra hooked us up with a caterer that fixed us some great Caribbean food.

Taste of Paradise on One Happy Island

This Penthouse is perfect for couples or mixed group of couples, singles and children. Large groups or families will love these accommodations, amenities, and location. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and a phenomenal getaway. Eagle Beach is literally right across the street. Don't worry rarely alot of traffic and literally a 3 min walk from Penthouse door to toes in sand and wind in your hair. Best feature is this location is close to Uptown, Downtown, and nearby restaurants and entertainment. Did I mention this community has four pools? I highly recommend this unit. Paradise in Aruba

First time in Aruba and we got lucky with excellent accommodations. Large groups or families will love this Condo and location. Has everything you need in order to make your stay a comfortable and great one. Eagle Beach is right there and so many many more are a short ride away. Good thing about being here is that you are away from all the crowds at the large hotels, etc up the beach. With 4 pools to choose from it is an easy decision. Amazing

We had a great time with my family of 5 kids ages 11-21 and of my daughters boyfriend. The place was nice and clean and beach was amazing. 5stars. We have been to lots of places including cayman island and beaches Turks and Caicos and this was great. Food every night we had reservations at restaurants on the beach and our feet in the sand at the water. Just the best memories.

AMAZING

You walked in the front door and you were in another world. To the greeting of the on island manager to the huge windows that brought the blue sky and water into the living room. We cook A LOT so Everything you needed was in kitchen every appliance, blenders, griddle, toaster, dish, cookware, glasses, trays, water bottles you name it it has it. Bedrooms so comfy to the point I tried to see what mattress we had so I could get one at home. Walking to the beach with our chairs and coolers that were in condo was so easy. Our teenagers we could see from balcony at pool and even at the beach. Some great Iguana watching as well from roof top and balcony. Some issues here and there since nobody had been at condo for sometime because of covid but the staff and Jamie were on top of it. We will book again
