We love our beautiful family home and hope you will too. We ask that our guests kindly treat our home as if it were their own and abide by the following rules and guidelines. Thank you!
1) We have an OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS on the property to ensure guest and owner security. They installed OUTSIDE ONLY.
2) Our home accommodates up to 11 GUESTS. Please no extra guests, including daytime visitors and overnight guests. We will charge an additional $50 for each additional guest per night.
3) Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door.
4) Our home is SHOE-FREE to keep the dirt away. 5) Please NO PETS.
6) Out of respect for our neighbors and delicate desert environment, please keep noise at a minimum. Quiet time is between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
7) Up to 3 VEHICLES are allowed on the property.
8) Please do not move furniture around.
9) Photoshoots, special events (e.g. weddings, parties), or drones are not allowed without written permission from the owner.
10) Any illegal or abusive use of the Internet access is not allowed.
11) If you accidentally break or damage something, please kindly let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
12) SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please treat our home as if it were your own. Any damages to the home or breaking our house rules may result in charges up to $10000.
13) Before check in we require picture of the ID for security proposes. NO PARTIES ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY.
We have NOISE DETECTORS throughout the property.
