The property was everything we expected and more. It was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable (and king-size - a luxury for sure). The communication from the owner was great - very clear. We will definitely keep this property on our list for when we return to Canmore, AB.

Overall, a good property and amenities with a gorgeous view of 3 Sisters Mountains.Communications and response times were good. Some minor issues with dusty ventsthat require occasional deep cleaning.Would still recommend this unit and Property Manager.

My family and I had a wonderful stayal ar Blackstone Mountain Lodge.The building is at a nice location with beautiful views from the balcony.The rooms are nice and neat, the parking at the parade was really convenient. The Laundary machine was helpful. Overall, we had an amazing experience!

The location and the space was perfect for our family. Excellent access to ski rental and Banff area. The condo has everything a family would need to comfortably stay for an extended period.

We enjoyed our stay at Cougar Creek Hydeaway. The location allows for a nice walk to downtown Canmore and we appreciate the underground parking.

It was a great stay overall from check-in to check-out. The property had everything we needed for our group of 4 and was located in an excellent spot near town. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Parking was very easy and secure, plus the car wash was a nice bonus. Would recommend this property and stay here again!

This property was in a great location. Underground parking was convenient. Clean and spacious with great views of the 3 sisters mountains. Coffee and creamers and well stocked for towels and toiletries. Pool and hot tubs was an asset. This would have been a great property other than the AC was not working at full capacity. Fans were delivered to us to help. I’m sure this will be fixed soon. We were offered compensation of a partial refund for the inconvenience.
