Unwind at this lovely home with stunning pool and outdoor area equipped with a BBQ, lounging chairs, and spacious patio.

Pool heating is available at $25 / day.
The space
Neighborhood surrounded by famous Northdale Golf & Tennis club. 18-hole, par-72 award-winning golf course designed by renowned architect Ron Garl. 9 lighted tennis clay courts, with adult lessons available. Nearby Northdale Lake Park trail. Many stores and restaurants are conveniently located within a 2-mile radius.

Awesome clean place !!! Book it if you can you will not be disappointed! All the amenities, a lot of room, great pool and hot tub! Mark the host was superb with communication and we even booked the extra night with ease.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had one of the best fully stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen in a vacation rental. There were plenty of clean towels available for guests, which was especially appreciated since we forgot to bring ours.The screened-in patio with the string lights created such a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. My son had an absolute blast! We also loved that there was a bin filled with pool toys and floats for guests to use during their stay—a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable.Mark was an outstanding host and made everything easy from start to finish. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area!

The house is an older house but was clean and comfortable. The pool was wonderful, we payed the extra for the heated pool but it was worth it. The hot tub was a little disappointing, it was cloudy and smelled somewhat musty. Overall, we enjoyed the house and the pool and loved our stay.

Loved the house perfect weekend get away with the grandkids! The pool was a perfect cold plunge for the kids and the warm hot tub. They enjoyed the house more than Busch Gardens. We will definitely go back to stay at marks house! Very clean well stocked great beds

Lovely outdoor space. Clean and fresh inside

The property is beautiful! I would certainly stay again. We loved the pool and the outdoor entertaining area. The mattresses were on the hard side and the hot tube wouldn't come to temp, but it was a little too hot to go in anyway. The owner was very responsive and had I mentioned the hot tub to him I'm sure it would have been fixed.

This was my first experience using VRBO and I don’t want to not feel confident with this forum but this particular house needs to be condemned until extra measures are taken so anyone renting this house is healthy & safe. The house has a significant mold issue from vents to ceiling outside on patio, as well as rotting wood, doors so broken they won’t open, walls damaged, counters peeling and flooring coming up. The first night the hot tub had a foul order so we eventually purchased test strips & test strips showed high pH. All concerns, including photos were text to Mark, who may have been manager of property. After 2 nights we had no choice but find somewhere else to stay. The mold and who knows what else was impacting our health, specifically our grandson who has asthma. Upon arrival the yard was SOOO tall and obviously had not been mowed in a long time. The neighborhood is very nice and no ones property looked to be unkept. After 2 nights we had to seek the assistance of VRBO support to see what our options were because we were so concerned for our health. VRBO agreed the pictures submitted were not representative of their listings. As a side note, the pool table is NOT the one listed. A family member living in area stopped to visit and said the house was in deplorable condition and reminded him of a nasty frat house with used and worn out furniture. Based upon our experience we will be reaching out to the City and/or County Health Department so they can investigat

We did a mold inspection and nothing was found. We did however do a duct cleaning just to be sure.
