You'll love this remodeled 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceiling and a screened in patio on waterfront. Master Bedroom has a King Bed (new 21). Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed (new 21). Living Room has a Hide-A-Bed (gel queen XL, new 22) so unit sleeps a max. 6. full washer and dryer, New Kitchen Cabinets and Granite Countertops (new 22). All new Kitchen appliances, +espresso and Kuerig . Also new in 21, entire unit painted, new Bedroom,Dining Room furniture and New Bathroom Vanities. The Shorewalk Resort features a Clubhouse, two Heated Large Pools (always 86 F) , two Hot Tubs, Tennis, Pickleball, Ping-pong, Shuffleboard, Basketball, Playground, Grills, etc. Located one block off of Cortez which is a straight shot out to Anna Maria Island beaches (6 mi/ 10min). Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Hosts provided all information for a seamless check in/check out. Also, a very quick straight shot up the road and you are at IMG, so worked perfectly to go back and forth during move-in weekend. Will definitely return! Thank you, Sharon and John!

Second time staying here and is a great location for anyone with a camper at IMG Academy. Rooms are a nice size with extra bedding for the couch if needed. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Will likely return again.

Check in and entry codes were easy to follow. We had a few questions for the host before arrival and they responded quickly. Kitchen was perfectly stocked, unit was clean and even had beach chairs, cooler and gear for a day at Santa Maria Island. Would stay here again!

We had an outstanding stay at this VRBO property in Bradenton, Florida. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The accommodations were exactly as described, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.The location was perfect, offering easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions while still providing a peaceful and quiet retreat. We especially appreciated the clean outdoor spaces and comfortable amenities that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and ensured our stay was seamless from check-in to check-out.We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Bradenton area. Five stars all the way!

Great communication with the host, lots of great amenities especially for going to the beach and outdoor activities. Excellent location for easy access to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Nicely appointed kitchen with all the appliances for cooking in -- even an espresso machine.

Condo was as described. The condo was in a very nice safe area and very close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The pools, hot tubs and pool table were excellent and located across street in club house. We would definitely stay here again.
