The entire house was very clean. It was also fully stocked with so much extras. The host was quick to reply to any questions. Plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend it.

This was the most well supplied place we have stayed from pots and pans to necesseties. The hosts were kind and very accommodating. If we are ever back in the area we will stay again. It was peaceful and relaxing. Brought back so many cherished memories growing up on a cattle farm. Thank you!

This place was was a 6 star on a 1-5 star scale. Not only was it spotless - it was stocked with about everything you could ever think of needing and forgot to pack. Our host Cheryl was easy to work with - so accommodating to making sure our stay was pleasant and relaxed with everything we needed! She went above and beyond to make this pleasurable for us! We would recommend this place over and over again if you want something quiet, beautiful and special. Cheryl thought of everything - she has great decoration insights also. We all enjoyed our time and relaxed in the beauty of their beautiful farming venue! We can’t wait to go there again.

Everything about this little cottage was great! It was exactly as the pictures showed. It was very clean and quiet. Loved the scenery we were surrounded by and at night tons of firefly’s were everywhere. It was close to Junction City, Abilene, Manhattan and Salina to name a few. Cheryl came over to introduce herself and to make sure everything was ok and to let us know if we needed anything to get in touch with her. If we ever decide to go back, we will definitely book with her again.

The owner was first and foremost very accommodating due to my having to change dates. The check in was seamless and the place was more than expected. Clean, beds were comfortable and this owner did not forget a thing to make our stay great. Very well stocked. Owner was very helpful and answered all my questions. Was very close to the West Milford lake boat ramp, so ultra convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

Best place we have ever stayed for a vacation. Immaculately clean, host thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit family.

Quail cottage

Was absolutely perfect, so clean and accommodating. King bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Would certainly go back.

The property was beautiful. It was a perfect place to stay for my nephew's wedding. It was close to Chapman, where my sister lived, and close to the wedding venue in Abilene. The cottage was clean and was exactly as described. The host was amazing and thought of every little detail to make it perfect.

Great stay for Kstate graduation weekend!

We had a few family members all meeting up from different areas of kansas for the graduation. While it was still 35 mins away, we didnt feel like it took long and was still easier than 2 hrs. The house was perfect! Would definitely stay here again. No complaints from anyone who stayed the night!

Very clean cottage, very nic furnishings and beds are very comfortable. Anything you would need in kitchen to prepare a meal is in the kitchen cabinets. Very nice and helpful host! Nice private and quuet area in the country. We will stay again. Highly recommend!
