The room and bathroom were clean. The mattress was very comfortable. Location was ideal for visiting Sequoia National Park while also being close enough to Visalia for restaurants. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Property owner was very friendly and accommodating. The room had all that we need for the short trip. We really enjoyed the stay and the use of the pool.

Park in front of the garage where you see the sign, "VRBO" with an arrow. The sidewalk leads around the building to the room. The other two rooms are in the house. Simple room for our needs. He keeps making improvements. You can't beat the location, only 30 min from Sequoia. Very clean, safe, serene setting and Elder was great! Has air conditioning, walk in shower, and comfortable bed. Pool area was beautiful. Close to Exeter that is a great town to visit with all it's murals (find the hidden things in each one!) Pamphlet found at the local gift shop across from Monet's. Would definitely stay there again!

The room is exactly as advertised. The AC unit did great job as it was very hot out. The additional plus is access to the swiming pool...after a full couple of days of hiking it felt great .

Was looking forward to staying here but couldn’t due to family emergency/death. Expedia representatives and I contacted the host several times in advance to cancel reservation and request refund (which was still within period) but he never responded.

Hospitality at it’s best!!

We loved our stay here! Elder and his wife were so hospitable, she even sent us off with fresh made tamales!! There was a retreat going on, but noise was never an issue. Beautiful property and a great private place to stay while visiting Sequoia National Park. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

What we really enjoyed about this VRBO was its proximity to Sequoia National Park. It was about a half hour drive to the entrance. The room was neat and clean. Check-in was a breeze. It’s a lovely property with many picturesque views. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lil place to stay.

The property is beautiful! The room was very clean fresh linens awesome shower. Was perfect for our Sequoia trip. Highly recommend,would book again! The pool was amazing. Owners were very friendly and courteous. .

Excellent stay for Sequoia

We booked Elder's place for 3 nights while exploring Sequoia/Kings Canyon. Location is accurately described in listing and an easy drive to the parks. Elder was very friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area.

Perfect stay!

Finding this hidden gem made our trip! Conveniently located just outside three rivers but still super close to the park entrance! The property was lovely and lit up for your return if you stay in sequoia past dark like we did! Thank you for opening up your home to us and treating us like family, we cannot wait to be back
