The studio is located in the center of Florianópolis, in a recently opened development that has been totally designed to provide our guests with a peaceful and efficient experience.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, organized, very well-equipped, excellently located and safe place.
The 50m2 studio has a KING bed, a SINGLE sofa bed, Smart TV and SPLIT AC.
IMPORTANT!
1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Our space seeks to bring the facilities and conveniences of a hotel with the comfort of an apartment.

- Full kitchen with coffee maker, fridge with freezer, blender, microwave, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils and set of pans
- 32" Smart TV and SPLIT AC
- 1 KING bed
- 1 SINGLE sofa bed
- 1 BATHROOM with gas shower and hairdryer
- WI-FI 100MB
- 220V sockets
- All beds have full linen.
- All guests have a bath towel and a face towel.
- One floor towel per bathroom.
- All bathrooms have amenities: shampoo, conditioner, soap and a roll of toilet paper.
- Linen changes can be requested at the cost of the cleaning fee.
- The cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
