Welcome to The Aurora - a modern unit in one of Calgary's most luxurious condos. Located on the 34th floor, from the moment you step inside, you'll be swept away by the breathtaking views of the city from every window.

Perfect for couples, families, or a group of friends looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in the heart of the city.

Located right next to the Calgary Stampede. You'll be just steps away from some of the best restaurants, cafes, and bars in the city.

- The bedroom features a soft and comfortable queen size bed.
- Extra Linens, pillows and throw blankets.
- Pull-out couch in the living area that can accommodate 1-2 additional guests.
- Spacious Walk in closet to store luggage
- Plenty of shelve space


Kitchen is equipped with all you need for preparing meals or cooking at home.
Kitchen appliances include: Dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction stove, coffee maker, kettle and more. Other essentials provided are: Coffee, Tea, Olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar and coffee creamer.

Living room features a sleek wall mounted smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube. Also features automated blinds. Floor to ceiling windows and access to an extremely spacious patio.

Bathroom features a shower tub, and comes with all bathroom essentials including: Body towels, Face towels, Hand towels, Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner and Hand wash.

In suite high end washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the building amenities including parking and on site garbage / recycling.

1. No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Shoe racks are provided at the entrance for your convenience.

2. Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.

3. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 4pm - 10pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. If you require different timing, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Late check-in especially for midnight, we will ask for a $50 charge.

4. No Parties or Events: Our property is in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy.

5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. There will be an additional fine for smoking on the property

6. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy in our property. Please refrain from bringing any pets onto the premises. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.

7. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 3. Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in advance.

8. Respect the Property: We take pride in our home; please treat it with care and respect. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest responsible.

9. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure the property is secure during your stay.

10. Intercom Rule: Please let us know ahead if you have deliveries and visitors that we need to buzz in. For security purposes, will NOT allow unauthorized buzzing. We can buzz in from 9am-10pm. After that, you will need to go down and open deliveries and visitors using your fob.

11. The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.

12. Parking will be underground. The height of the parking is 6'11''. If you wish to book and your vehicle doesn't fit or is larger than the size of the parking, we suggest parking outside or using paid street parking.

13. Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.

Vacay Stay

Great location in the heart of downtown! Property managers were great at communicating with us. Easy check in and check out. Close to lots of restaurants and activities. Thank you for the stay!

Downtown condo

Property was bright; lots of sunshine. The view was impressive at night, and the sunrise was pretty. The bathroom and the kitchen were very nice. The baking pan did not fit in the oven. I would have liked some written instructions for the underground parking, and a few more details about check in. The owners were very responsive and helpful though.

Guardian Stay in Downtown

This is my second time staying at the Guardian South Tower. This time I was on the 34th floor. Very nice view towards the east and Stampede Grounds. The condo is convenient to get around the downtown area. There is a parking spot available underground. I did not have a car with me but most grocery or restaurants are close enough to get to on foot. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the windows of the units were not clean. Not sure why they have not been cleaned. Other than that the rest of the place was clean and there were supplies to do any cleaning or for taking out the garbage. One other note: there is a murphy bed in the bedroom. The mattress is very soft so if you normally sleep on a firm or firmer mattress you might not be comfortable. The bed pillows were good. Overall the unit was a nice place to stay at for either a short or long time.
