This place is so cute. It was very very very clean. The host was great about communicating. The place had everything you need. It even had a desk for work. It has really cute decor and furniture. It was a quick walk to the town square. We enjoyed it.

Very nice accommodations in a great location!Updated kitchen is spacious. Best sleeping bed we have been in a long time. Easy walk to restaurants and the plaza is a short walk too.

Great property the was classy and comfortable. Great location and updated space were a huge plus. Being right across the street from a great ramen restaurant (Susukino) was icing on the cake. We will be staying here again!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is clean and really cute, and there are restaurants within walking distance. Great communication with the owner.

Wonderful!

Clean, comfortable, great beds, perfect location. Host was super responsive. Perfect jumping off point to go north or south to see the redwoods or find little gems to shop at. The ramen place across the street was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Stay for Wedding

We were in town for a wedding and loved the place! Clean and great amenities. Walking distance to cute downtown Arcata and the University.

Favorite Arcata Stay

We loved staying here,with amazing walkability and peaceful, luxurious accommodations. Great beds, efficient kitchen, and so easy to walk everywhere, including groceries and laundry down the street. We will be back!!

Property was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the Arcata Plaza and many shops and cafes in Arcata. Owner was easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay here and it keeps getting better as we got familiar with our surroundings.Our hosts thought of everything and anything you have at home is probably in this property.I have already recommended it to our friends who has a daughter attending Cal Poly Humboldt.Awesome place and awesome hosts!

Adorable place within walking distance of EVERYTHING Arcata.

We stayed for several nights in this adorable up-to-date bungalow. It was perfect for our small family and very walkable to anywhere we went in Arcata. It is tastefully decorated and adequately equipped for the bit of cooking we did. The host was easy to communicate with and provided a nicely done booklet of information about the area. I would highly recommend and will stay here again when visiting Arcata.

the place was perfect and Aubrey was beyond wonderful and accommodating. We stayed there two different times after my mom had a stroke, with my brother coming from back east and me from southern Cal to be there and help. Everything was very up in the air and Aubrey was so helpful and amazing when we needed to extend our stay several times, always at the last minute. This is also a perfect location, walking distance to the plaza and a block from Wildberries, a great little market that is open until 2 am. The beds were also all extremely comfy, even the pull-out one. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is it.

Arcata perfection

This rental is amazing! My partner and daughter and I stayed for the weekend to check out the Cal Poly campus, and we were within walking distance of the school, the community forest, Wildberries Market, and lots of awesome shops and cafes. The 3rd bedroom/office was perfect for practicing music and working remotely during our stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This home is lovely! It was clean, stylish, and all the things inside were high quality. The kitchen was great for cooking - it had everything you needed including oil and spices! I even took some pictures for my own home inspo since it was so well decorated. The location was ideal. We were able to walk to a grocery store and the downtown area. There's also a gas station nearby which was really convenient as we were doing a lot of driving to the state parks in the area. If I visit again in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at many vacation rentals, this by far has been my favorite. Elegant and Cozy!The use of space is exceptional, seems so much larger than it should, decorated beautifully, all of the appliances were updated,, my husband loved the desk, plus the kitchen knives were sharp with a variety of sizes, the Humboldt Bay Coffee you left was delicious ( I also left them a review), the beds and linens were so comfortable. The location has everything you need walking distance. My only miss was there was not a outdoor seating area, but the extra touches to detail was definitely worth it!

I booked this place for a girls trip in November. We love how convenient most of the restaurants and markets are within walking distance. The location felt safe for us ladies, especially walking around late at night. I personally loved how comfortable the bed and pillows were (please share what the brands are!)Just a side note, for the room next to the bathroom you can hear the heater starting up so if you're a light sleeper that might be an issue. We like how the host have a large umbrella for guests to use - it definitely came in handy during our trip. The house itself is clean and cozy for the 3 us that stayed here. A suggestion for the hosts - a space heater for the rooms would be nice to avoid using the heater ( one of us prefer to sleep in the cold and the rest prefers warmth).

Beautiful home feels brand new, super clean. Excellent bedding and mattress lots of high quality throw blankets around too. Kitchen is big and well stocked for pots and pans . I found it easy to find with the directions from the owner the neighborhood is a mix of residential/business and there is a big parking lot with some equipment and the back side of business directly across the street but it felt safe. The shared walls separating the front unit and back unit seem a little thin and sound did travel from the family on the front side to the bedroom but not really a problem.
