Very clean and loved the decorations and walls. Host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Only thing it was a little noisy from being located directly on a busy street but it wasn’t a huge deal. Other than that I definitely recommend and would stay again!

So i got this place in such a hurry, worrying that my friend and i would not have a place to stay. When i got it, i thought it was a one bedroom, but we were pleasantly surprised that it was a 2 bdrm. The place was in a perfect area, where we can explore. Plenty of stuff to do! Chad was communicative the whole way through and made the stay perfect! Absolutely recommend this place! Very affordable too!

Location was easy to get too and very short drive to most places. Instructions to get in the building were perfect.

Really enjoyed our time in Pittsburgh. A friend and I both 50 stayed here to go to a Steelers / Seahawks game. We easily walked to the stadium district and into downtown. The building and the area are old at first glance but don’t judge a book by its cover. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to attend sporting events

The location is great. There is a great coffee shop a few doors down, and it was very easy to get to the hockey arena and baseball stadium. The owner was great about communicating right away, and we had zero problem with parking. Check-in was very easy. We would stay here again.

Absolutely unacceptable, unsafe, and grossly misrepresented property.This was hands down one of the worst rental experiences we have ever had. The property had a rodent infestation, and the surrounding area felt extremely unsafe, with homeless individuals standing directly outside openly using drugs. NONE of these disturbing conditions were disclosed in the listing.Even worse, there was a significant, unmarked step with absolutely NO warning signage. I fell because of this dangerous hazard and BROKE MY FOOT. A simple “Watch Your Step” sign could have helped prevent a serious injury.Despite the unsanitary conditions, serious safety concerns, and my injury, management refused to issue a refund or take meaningful responsibility. They were more concerned with keeping our money than addressing the unacceptable conditions guests were subjected to.Guests deserve transparency, basic cleanliness, and a reasonably safe environment. This property failed miserably on all three counts. Had these conditions been accurately disclosed, we NEVER would have booked this rental.

Our home is rated a 4.97 / 5 across over 100 reviews on that "other site" and is a guest favorite! Our team inspected after she checked out, and of course found zero evidence of rodents. Mind you, our apartment is on the second floor, so it's even more unlikely that a mouse could get up there! This is a 3 unit apartment building, and there has never been so much as a dropping in 3 years. Regarding our area - several of Pittsburgh's best restaurants are 3 blocks away, along with a great brewery. It is urban, there are some harmless unhoused people in the general area, but it's safe. Our COO lives 3 blocks away! While we don't recommend this property for people unfamiliar & uncomfortable with the diversity of city living, as long as you understand cities, we're confident that you'll love our place! Regarding Ashley, they will be our first guest we'll be filing suit for libel, and hopefully the last! Ashley discussed in front of our public hall camera discussing how she was going to lie about breaking her foot to get a refund because she didn't like the area. She demanded a full refund, but we were not about to take the bait due to her lies. While we hoped she would have more ethics, here we are.

A diamond in the rough

Location, Host communication,Decor, Comfort, Arrival/Departure A+ ✅️ We really enjoyed our stay. This cozy hidden gem is a must.The amenities are wonderful, we look forward to returning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Cute apartment

This two bedroom apartment was perfect for a double dat getaway. It was spacious and clean. There is only street parking so just pay attention when pulling up to the building.

Business

The looks upon arrival were deceiving until I unlocked the door and entered the property. The decor was inviting, the apartment was clean and the building was secure.

The condo itself is great—clean and updated. The host communication is excellent. However, renter beware—this rental is located on a block frequented by unsober city dwellers. My husband was propositioned while trying to open the lockbox. Police were quelling a disturbance out front as we were departing. Parking is around the corner—a block or two away from unit. Great spot for adults who don’t mind city activity in a transitional area. Not ideal for a family traveling with children, imo. My fault that I didn’t read for detail to realize with enough time to change plans. Hosts were great. Would book a different property with them next time I’m in the ‘burgh.
