This home is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for my parent’s 50th anniversary weekend!! All the guests were satisfied with the accommodations and it was a very enjoyable experience. My kids had so much fun playing in the backyard as well. The location is amazing. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Montecito home! The home was spacious, well-maintained, and felt like the perfect getaway. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect - just minutes from the beach. We loved every moment of our stay and would gladly return :)

The property is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are extremely spacious and the landscaping/outdoor areas are wonderful. It is also a quick walk into town and the beach. I highly recommend!

The house was spacious and lovely and comfortable with really nice outside areas. Chris was responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect—easy walking to town and ocean. We would stay there again!

What an amazing property in a truly incredible location! Exceeded our expectations in every way, and is even better than the photos suggest. It was the perfect place for our 3-generations to spend 5 days, and we are already looking forward to hopefully returning sometime in the future.

This property is a real gem! Tastefully decorated, with plenty of room to spread out for multi-generational groups or couples. Several outdoor areas provide more than ample space for eating, hanging out, or just enjoying this beautiful home.Highly recommend! (And just FYI....we are very selective about the places we stay...a well traveled group with high standards.)You won't regret staying here!

Our family had a great stay at Chris's place. The house offers multiple gathering areas for relaxing and spending time together, which is exactly what we wanted. There are many Montecito shops and restaurants nearby, and Santa Barbara and the airport are within quick driving distance. Communications with Chris went smoothly. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

This was the perfect house to host my family and I as we all travelled in from out of town for my wedding. We had two kids with us and they loved being able to run around in the backyard. The house was well stocked and had enough towels/linens for everyone including the room with the pull out couch. The grill was nice as well and we were able to use it during our first night there to cook steaks. The house is located near restaurants and stores so that was very convenient. It is near train tracks so we heard the train in the morning and there was also construction going on right by the house during the weekdays so we heard that as well. Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend it for big families (just be aware that there might still be noise from construction work).

Girls' Running and Spa Getaway

The property is conveniently located to every desirable location in and around Montecito. It is well appointed and clean and has multiple, lovely outdoor spaces for group gathers or personal space. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would return again. The host went above and beyond and was really helpful and communicative.

Beautiful Property in an Amazing Location!

We loved our stay in Betsy's beautiful property, it was so clean and comfortable, we did not want to leave! It was an easy walk to the beach and to Lower Montecito, with nice shops and restaurants. Betsy made check in/out easy with clear instructions and was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to another stay in this beautiful home soon. beautiful home, great location

Really enjoyed our stay. 11 family members stayed comfortably here; felt like we all had privacy. Home is beautiful and garden areas are very peaceful and fun for the kids. A bit of traffic noise, but we got used to it quickly. Some trains going by, but not a big deal and only seemed to run occasionally during the day. Location was great, very walkable to the beach and to Montecito's lower village. We would definitely stay here again.

Probably one of the best homes we have stayed at with our family of six plus spouses and grand children. The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone. Inside the rooms are large, the home is clean and there was even a set up of dog bowls for our dog. The home is a five minute walk from Montecito and Butterfly Beach. Although the freeway parallels the home the noise level is next to nothing. Lastly, Chris, the property manager would get back to us immediately if we had any concerns or questions. We cannot say enough good things about this home, Chris and our fabulous week in Montecito!
