Hi Robin, thanks for your 5* review, just not sure what you meant by few linens provided. All linens like bedsheets and bath towels are provided. There are also 16 pool towels in the laundry, maybe you missed them? In every shower, there's a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. We do leave a couple of hand soaps on each bathroom, but those are really travel size, as we most of our reservations are for short stays, so it doesn't make sense to put full size soaps. The fee for the grill is right on the listing description and it covers the propane and the long time it takes housekeeping to clean it. There are also fees for the pool heater, EV charger, early check in, late check out, all on the listing. Thanks again and glad you had a great time! Rafael.

Thank you for staying with us and for the detailed feedback. We're glad the layout, location and closeness to the parks worked well for your family. A few notes for future guests: all optional fees (early check-in, late check-out, pool heat, grill, EV charging) are listed on the listing before booking, and the notes around the house are there to protect things like the Theater equipment. The patio door latch was waiting on a replacement part, with a sign directing guests to the door beside it. Our maintenance team is in the community every day, so things like a slow drain or a vent fan can usually be fixed within hours. We just need to hear about them during the stay, and we wish you had reached out so we could have taken care of it. Since the home hosts groups of up to 16 (where several are children), it's furnished for durability, and we provide starter supplies only, so most guests plan a grocery stop. That said, we've taken your comments on the kitchenware and bedroom rugs to heart and are addressing them with our team. Thank you again!
