Sorry about the musty smell on arrival — that shouldn’t happen. We’ll have housekeeping and maintenance inspect for moisture sources, check HVAC/ventilation and dehumidifiers, and review our cleaning procedures; we’ll also share your feedback with the HOA if needed.
