After a day spent hitting the greens or relaxing , return to this peaceful abode for a backyard hang and meal with your loved ones. It's all happening in Montgomery! Guests of short-term rentals in April Sound are not permitted to bring their boats into the community through the gate. Security guards will turn away guests with boats attached to their cars. Instead, guests can use a nearby public boat ramp and parking

wonderful!

We needed to a place for friends and family to stay for a family wedding. The location was perfect, neat and clean, and had nice spots to snap some photos.

We came in town for a wedding but stayed for the Ren Fair. This home was perfectly located near both! It was nice and clean and well maintained. We had 3 families staying at the property and had plenty of room for all.

Highly Recommend

Owner very responsive with info on property and the security gate. House was clean and well stocked with laudry soap, dish soap, etc. Property is located in nice residential neighborhood. We had a very nice stay.

Very accommodating!

We were in urgent need of a place to stay after Hurricane Beryl, and this host was very responsive and accommodating during that rough time. We were grateful for a place which allowed pets. The house was nice, good air conditioning, shady backyard!

Nice House

The house was great for our long stay. Owner was very quick to respond with all our questions. A little bit of a misunderstanding with regards to the usage of the pool, but the owner took care of this issue to our complete satisfaction. Getting into the gated community was a little slow, but never had any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness was not great. Trashcan had old trash in it outsode and showers were all very dirty. Some rough wear and tear.

Thank you for your feedback. The property has two outdoor trash cans — one newer and one older — both with covers. It’s possible that one lid was blown off by the wind during your stay. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and will make sure to secure and update them to prevent this from happening again. Also, I’m very sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you experienced — that’s not the standard we aim for. I’ve already addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We appreciate your input and will continue to improve for our future guests.

Weekend trip for family reasons

Lovely neighborhood and the home is great! We were in town for family and didn't have a chance to do any of the recreational activities. Would be great to come back and stay again to have some fun! Always nice to stay in a place that is clean, comfortable and attractive! Wifi seemed to work great, and it's very convenient to have the K cup style coffee. Some road noise on the back side of the house, didn't really bother us but some might have a problem with it. We would stay here again. Owner is very quick to respond to messages and questions.
