Follow along- when entering the front door, you will walk into the open concept living room, which leads to the dining area and kitchen.

Living Room

Sink into the luxurious sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART 55” TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Hulu, Netflix, Disney, and ESPN! If you would like to access additional streaming services, you can continue with your own account.

Kitchen

Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group.

+There is a hot water kettle, 2-way black stainless coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, sugar substitutes, and creamer.

+Toaster, Baking Sheets, Blender, Basic Seasonings, and Olive Oil.

Dining Room (Location: 1st Floor)

The dining room is fit for your entire group! With seating for eight, you can enjoy a nice meal while you share laughter over a meal, work remotely, or pull out a few games and have a competitive family/friendly feud.

Bedroom 1 (Location: 1st Floor)

The “main bedroom” is outfitted with a king bed, hybrid luxury mattress, two bedside tables, a ceiling fan, bedside lamps, a dresser, luggage rack, a vast walk-in closet, a 55” smart TV, a pack n’ play, and one baby safety gate.

Main Bathroom (Location: 1st Floor)

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower (with a small lip) and vanity, located directly off the main bedroom.

Half Bathroom (Location: 1st Floor)

The half bath is equipped with a toilet and a vanity.

Bedroom 2 (Location: 2nd Floor)

The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, hybrid luxury mattress, two bedside tables, ceiling fan, and a luggage rack.

Shared Bathroom (Location: 2nd Floor)

The shared bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single vanity.

Bedroom Three (Location: 2nd Floor)

The third bedroom has a Twin over Full over (Twin) Trundle, a dresser, and a closet.

Loft (Location: 2nd Floor)

This game room is not just for the kiddos. Participate in a friendly competition while playing a game of pool. Do you enjoy board games and cards? We have a variety of games for you to enjoy!

Washer + Dryer

On the main floor, you will find a Washer and Dryer. We do provide detergent and dryer sheets for you to use!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and backyard. If traveling with kids, the backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence.

House Rules

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Please remove shoes before coming into the home.
The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space.
Respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 PM — 8 AM.
Only guests on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
Lock the door each time you leave home.
If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.
Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED.
Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure.
Please place all USED towels in the shower or laundry basket before departure.
Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out.
Children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times.
Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front of the house and it is recorded. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.
