Fantástico apartamento al lado de la Basílica de San Pedro con estacionamiento!

El apartamento de 70mt2 está situado en el 1 ° piso, en un elegante edificio con conserje en el centro de Roma, a pocos pasos de la Basílica de San Pedro, en una calle privada.

Está compuesto por una entrada, una sala de estar con zona comedor y zona de relax, un gran dormitorio, un baño y una cocina habitable.

ducha (TAMAÑO 140 cm x 80 cm),
secador de pelo, lavadora (NUEVA), inodoro y bidet, lavabo con mueble de madera lacada y plano de mármol.

• Cocina:

microondas, nevera (220lt), lavavajillas, cafetera italiana (ESPRESSO), completa de vajilla y todo lo necesario para una estancia de corta y larga estancia, mesa para 4-5 personas, hervidor, batidora, tostadora, etc...

El piso está amueblado con calefacción central (con posibilidad de calentar cada habitación según las necesidades), transformando la calefacción en autónoma.

El piso tiene aire acondicionado CON EQUIPO ULTIMA GENERACIÓN SAMSUNG.

La posición del apartamento es excelente para descubrir la ciudad eterna a través de paseos encantadores. Desde el apartamento se puede ir andando al castillo de Sant'Angelo, al Palacio de Justicia, a la Piazza Navona, el Panteón, etc,

El apartamento también está bien comunicado por transporte público. Se encuentra a 1 minuto a pie de la parada de autobús para alcanzar otros puntos más lejanos de la ciudad y de la estación San Pietro para alcanzar la Periferia.

Cómodo para quien deba alojarse cerca del Hospital Bambin Gesú y a 11 minutos de tren del Policlinico Gemelli.

Conexión directa en tren / metro local al aeropuerto de Fiumicino, Civitavecchia, Pisa ... con la estación de San Pietro.
La BASILICA de San Pedro se encuentra a pocos pasos.
Además el apartamento está cerca de muchos otros lugares de interés.
El piso está situado en una calle privada exactamente donde la gente vive, pero a una cuadra de la Basílica, propiedad del Vaticano, visitada cada día por una multitud de personas.

Al estar tan cerca de la Basilica de San Pedro tiene la posibilidad de visitarla con sólo pocas personas iendo temprano en la mañana con un hermoso paseo cuando todavía Roma respira el silencio sin tráfico. Y a continuación, volver a casa para el desayuno o simplemente disfrutar de Cappuccino e Cornetto en una cafetería cerca del apartamento.

Ottima la posizione, la pulizia, i servizi e la disponibilità della proprietaria

Le cose positive sono cominciate ancora prima di arrivare a Roma: la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Priscilla (la proprietaria) sono state insuperabili. L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione molto tranquilla, ben servito sia per i negozi che per i mezzi; era pulitissimo e molto ben attrezzato; a disposizione anche il parcheggio (che a Roma è importantissimo). Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana e ci siamo sentiti a casa. GRAZIE MILLE

Appartamento sito in posizione strategica

Appartamento sito in posizione strategica. 5/10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Pietro. Significa che se si ama camminare, tutto il centro storico e' a portata di "piedi". E non c'e' senzazione migliore che respirare/catturare il centro, passeggiando. Personalmente siamo andati anche fino al Colosseo e Circo Massimo senza prendere mezzi pubblici. Da non sottovalutare poi la possibilita', essendo cosi vicini alla Basilica, di poter presentarsi all' apertura per primi (ore 7). Questo significa non solo evitare la lunga coda all'ingresso che si crea gia' un'ora dopo, ma anche visitare la Basilica quasi in solitudine....non ha prezzo! L'appartamento e' sito un una palazzina ritengo anni 60, ma internamente rimesso a nuovo, pulito, ampio, luminoso. Per noi che eravamo solo in due, diciamo che era sovradimensionato, in quattro si sarebbe sfruttato di piu' (mangiano in soggiorno anziche' in cucina dove c'e' posto per pranzare solo per due persone). Comodossimo poi il parcheggio privato appena fuori. Avendo noi trascorso 5 notti, per riposarci un po', un pomeriggio abbiamo usato l'auto per visitare i dintorni di Roma. Per quanto riguarda la proprietaria Priscilla, non abbiamo avuto modo di conoscerla personalmente. Devo pero' scrivere che, in tutti i contatti telefonici avuti, traspariva un forte desiderio di poter fornire tutte le informazioni propedeutiche a rendere la vancanza migliore possibile....in ogni suo aspetto. Chiaro che questo e' stato un atteggiamento molto apprezzato. Non posso aggiungere commenti circa i ristoranti nella zona, in quanto quando sono in viaggio, l' ultimo mio pensiero e' dedicato al mangiare.......

Fantastic!

I have stayed in quite a few rental apartments and this one has been one of the best. Priscilla, the property owner, was attentive to our needs from the moment we booked the property. She offered excellent information on taxis, public transport, and walking within the city of Rome, plus advise on getting tickets for various venues. She sent a full description of the apartment and how the appliances worked, from the air condition to the stove to the washing machine. All expectations of the apartment were fully disclosed. She guided our travel from the airport to the apartment by train and also offered to find other transport if desired. We found the location to be perfect for our needs, very clean and comfortable. The apartment was about 2-3 blocks from St. Peter's Basilica and within walking distance to many of the sights we had planned to see. We were grateful that on our first day of arrival we were able to deposit our luggage at the apartment with the care taker while we ventured out to explore the sights. On our last day, we again were able to leave our luggage a little longer than expected so that we could tie up the last of our sight seeing. Priscilla is extremely pleasant, informative, and helpful....plus, she speaks ENGLISH, which I was very grateful for. Would I stay there again...absolutely!

Happy Turist in Rome

This was for my wife and I the best place to live in Rome, and let me tell why: -The location is right near San Peter Basilica, in the middle of the Eternal City, on walking distance to the most important places for sure you want to visit. And you do not need a car. -The apartment was situated on a quiet street, no disturbing noise at any time, and you have there everything you need from a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, up to two TV sets, for the ones not yet accommodated with the time, be able to not disturb their companions. And now if you want my advise, when it is time for a meal go to Goose - restaurant/pizzeria. It is 5 minutes walk, on Piazale Gregorio VII #33, very different from other tourist oriented places, and you will enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, friendly atmosphere and people, mostly locals. It is crowded evenings and recommend you a reservation. Then, if you want my advise rent this wonderful place (VRBO #383498), follow Priscilla (the owner) important advises, everything you need to know, because she know everything about visiting ROME.

Très joli appartement merveilleusement bien situé

Nous avons loué cet appartement 5 nuits en avril 2016, en famille avec deux enfants et une grand-mère. Nous avons été enchantés. Cet appartement est très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied seulement de la place St Pierre, dans un quartier tranquille. Il est très propre et très bien équipé, dans un immeuble gardé et bien entretenu. La propriétaire nous a donné de très bons conseils pour préparer et effectuer nos visites. Nous recommandons très fortement cet endroit pour toute personne souhaitant visiter le Vatican et le centre historique de Rome. Un plus : nous avons pu bénéficier d'une place de parking devant l'immeuble, très appréciable dans une ville comme Rome.

Our lovely apartment in Rome

My wife, two of my sisters-in-law and I stayed at this lovely apartment in Rome from September 26th to October 9th of 2015, and would highly recommend it for anyone wishing to have a great location in a nice apartment. Our location put us very close to St. Peter's Cathedral, as well as to many restaurants and other places of interest. The apartment owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and also provided us with tools to make our stay more enjoyable. All in all, I would give it five stars - both for its location and its amenities.

Beautiful Apartment and an an owner who has thought of everything!!

My family of 5 stayed in Priscilla's apartment in Rome for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Priscilla's place was beautiful, clean and perfectly located near the Vatican and public transportation. Her place was well furnished with comfortable beds and all the necessities - even for cooking. From the beginning Priscilla communicated well and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make us comfortable. We arrived in Rome later than expected and, despite this, Priscilla graciously waited for us and spent time helping us plan our trip with recommendations for sights to see and places to eat. As a previous tour guide Priscilla's advice was right on target and invaluable. She helped us make the most of our brief couple of days in Rome. We would highly recommend staying at Priscilla's apartment and have already recommended her to other friends and family. Thank you Priscilla for sharing your lovely apartment with us and we hope to see you again in the future.

Excellent séjour à Rome

Excellent séjour!! L'appartement est simple mais top. Il est idéalement situé à quelques pas du Vatican. On peut également partir dans le centre historique à pieds. En plus il y a un super petit magasin à coté où l'on peut acheter à manger, et sincèrement c'est délicieux ;) Priscilla est adorable et joignable pour la moindre question, que ce soit d'ordre technique ou pour des bons plans dans Rome. Je recommande 1000 fois!

wonderful!

me and my family stayed in Rome for 4 days. We choose Priscilla apartments. From the very beginning Priscilla was very helpful. We had a lot of questions and she did not bother to answer them all:) The apartments was more then we expected. Very clean, perfect for family stay. Location is A+ to all the main places you can go by foot, it's right next to Vatican wall. If anybody has a doubt whenever they should choose her apartments or no, don't have any doubts this is your best pick! Thank you Priscilla once again for the stay and hope to see you soon!!

Perfect Location, Comfortable and Great Value

The apartment is perfectly situated for anyone wanting to be close to Vatican, but away from the crowds. Wonderful quiet, residential neighborhood just south of St. Peter's Square. Food markets, cafe, pharmacy, and good restaurants all within a block or two. When you stay here you don't feel like a tourist, feels like you are a Roman citizen! The apartment itself is identical to the pictures, spacious and comfortable, every detail has been thought of. The bathroom is huge with a full bathtub, great water pressure, and large vanity area. Spotlessly clean. I would definitely not think twice about staying here again. Highly recommend it. Prsicilla and her mom (who checked us in) were most accomodating, even arranging for airport pick-up on arrival and the return. Much better thatn dealing with airport taxis or public transport. They provided many recommendations all of which were wonderful. It really felt like we were borrowing an apartment from a relative. Hope to return soon!

Spring break fun

I came for four days to enjoy part of my spring break in Rome I must say that Priscilla is wonderful in every way I am studying abroad and came alone for a getaway from my studies and to explore and she helped me plan my tours and how to get around to the very last detail. The flat is warm and felt like home right away the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was great for all your needs. I found it to be a wonderful location I even managed to walk to the colosseum just fine using the maps you'll find in the flat. Priscilla checked on me throughout my stay which I found comforting I would recommend this place to families, couples, and those exploring alone thank you Priscilla ciao

MARAVILLOSO LIMPIO APARTAMENTO

Great Apartment in a Great Location

My wife and I had the time of our lives visiting Italy. We would highly recommend this apartment. It had everything we needed during our stay in Rome. The apartment is very clean and is located on a quiet street with public transportation, great restaurants, small markets and even the Vatican all within a few blocks. Many of Rome's popular sights are located only minutes away by bus. Priscilla was very instrumental in planning our trip by providing valuable information on sights and tours while in Rome. We plan to stay here again on our next trip through Italy. Thank you Priscilla, Ciao!

Tour of Italy

The good: Priscilla was fantastic and very accommodating! The apartment is VERY spacious and close to the Vatican, within walking distance. Not so close to the center of everything else if you're walking, but public transit is readily available, both train and bus. Having the washing machine was awesome! Overall a great value. The not as good: there was construction going on at the hotel behind the apartment, so it was very noisy. Also, I think it was hotel employees on break during the night chatting up a storm so sleeping with the windows open was not an option. When we were there, it was not warm enough for air conditioning, so would have liked to keep the windows open. Otherwise a great stay and met our needs.

Wonderful location and assistance from Priscilla

We have just returned from our Dream vacation in Italia. This apt was recommended to us by friends who visited March 2012. The location to the Vatican is just a few blocks. We found access to the buses to be very convenient and easily marked as to know which were the best to take to where we were going. We spent an incredible week in Rome. Priscilla was awesome in helping us through our planning process, providing suggestions of places in the neighborhood - market, Alimentari, restaurants etc.Priscilla was always quick to respond to my many emails as this was our first big European vacation that we totally planned on our own. She helped direct us to a couple of tours and even made reservations for the Underground tour at the Colosseum & Borghese for us as we were having trouble making phone contact with time difference. The apt was very serviceable for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and although we did not cook we did use the washer as we were traveling light and that was definitely a nice perk. Our only regret was that we were not able to personally meet and thank Priscilla for all her helpful information and lovely apt. We can highly recommend this apt to anyone who wants a quieter, neighborhood experience. We found it very easy to get to from the San Pietro Station and had easy access to many things in the area and buses took us everywhere we wanted to go. Grazie Grazie Priscilla. Just Back from European Vacation

My husband and I totally enjoyed our 3 week vacation in Italy, Spain and Greece and the highlight was Rome. This apartment is so close to Vatican City we walked there 3 of the 4 days we stayed. Priscilla made our vacation in Rome a delight. She was out of town so her dad was waiting in the apartment when we arrived after many days of travel. We were tired and hungry and after explaining details of the apartment he walked us to a neighborhood pizza place. Priscilla called our first night to make sure we were settled and answered our questions regarding some tour meeting places we had previously booked. The apartment is in nice safe neighborhood and was perfect or us. Priscilla provided us written information before and during our trip for tourist sites as well as all the neighborhood places to shop etc. Staying in a neighborhood was much more fun and less costly. Eating in the neighborhood restaurants was much less expensive than the touristy spots. It took us one day to figure that out when we had a tour at the Vatican, arrived early and decided to get breakfast in a cafe across from the Vatican entrance. Big mistake...2 American coffees and 2 croissants costs 26 euros! In the neighborhood a delicious medium pizza, 2 large bottles of beer and 2 large glasses of wine was 17 euros with a generous tip. Oh and the gelato was everywhere in the neighborhood and tasty. We got the opportunity to live for a few days with the Italian people. The location to public transportation was excellent. Priscilla gave us bus routes and provided us multiple options to get from the train station to her apartment. Although we took a taxi on our arrival there is easy public transportation. She went above and beyond even giving us a wake up call for our early airport shuttle. The apartment is on the first floor but be aware there is one flight of stairs you need to drag your luggage up. Just a tip...if your shuttle service won't pick you up at the curb the Hotel Michelangelo is very close so we had them pick us up in front of the hotel. It was a 2 minute walk even with luggage. We would recommend this apartment for location, cleanliness, size, and for excellent assistance from Priscilla and her dad.

Spacious & comfortable

My husband & I had a great stay in this clean & spacious apartment. The location has great access to the Vatican & is close to both train& bus transportation. The owner was great and provided very helpful info for planning our trip both before & after our arrival. We needed to have a suit pressed as soon as we arrived for a service at the Vatican and Priscilla made advanced arrangement for this. Her mom also escorted us to the cleaners to ensure that everything would be taken care of. The apartment is well equipped and we enjoyed all of the comforts of home.

Near vatican and st peters

We are a family of 5. We landed in Rome July 3 and had to adjust to the heat as well as the time change. The apartment was in a great location for these reasons. It allowed us to walk across the street to see st. peters and then come home for nap, and then go to the vatican museum and come back. There is a very large grocery store near by which also made the transition helpful. Priscilla was extremely helpful. She phoned to see if we were doing okay and if we needed anything. The bus to take you to other sights is also very convenient. On our last day, there was a bus strike. We needed to get to Rome's main train station. Luckily, the apartment is also very close to a local train station so we ended up taking the train to the main station.

Why my property??

1) The position is the greatest. All ROMANS love this área to live. Right in the most central área but not crowded, not touristic, positionned at on block from the most attractive place but located in a private Street and incredibly safe and quiet. NOT noisy.
Great place to purchase real ITALIAN food... from bread to Pizza, from cheesees to ham, from wines to cakes, great market and supermarket. A real ITALIAN EXPERIENCE right next to the most touristic área of Rome. FULL OF LOCAL RESTAURANTS; BARS AND ICECREAMS AND PIZZA PLACES.

My apartment is incredibly close to St Peter's Basilica. The location is fantastic, and beeing in a private street, is wonderful because altough you are just at a step from one of the most visited sight in the world, you can breath silence and sleep in such a chaotic city.
You can walk early in the morning and breath the real essence of the ETERNAL CITY.

Walking through the square and entering into the Church will take you back to the past and will fill you up of spiritual and artistic joy.

The beauty of Rome, its monuments, its winding streets, its fascinating corners, has been acknowledged for centuries.
While staying in your apartment you can really live this of “Rome”.
The perfect district where locals live but exactly so close where everybody wants to go. St. Peter Basilica and the Vatican Area, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Trastevere, ect.
Wait maybe you did never think that there is either another way to see Rome:

This is a truly breath-taking experience.
There are many locations where you can lose yourself in admiration of the panorama. Most of them are at a walking distance from your apartment.
A good view of Rome can be had from the Dome of St. Peter’s Basilica, Michelangelo last great masterpiece. It is 136 meters high and has a diameter of about 43 meters: to reach the dome you have to climb all of 330steps, an effort that is well rewarded by the spectacular view that greets you.
It is also worthwhile going up to the terrace of Castel Sant’Angelo. Where the huge bronze statue of the angel rests atop a travertine marble base. There is an unforgettable view from the “Terrazza delle Quadrighe”.
One more is the Giannicolo hill for a spectacular view of Rome by night.

All this can be done from the apartment just through charming walks while you get lost in the beauty of the eternal city.
