Sorry, mechanicals sometimes need some work. And while responded after a few hours was because I calling around trying to contact the internet provider which was at night but by the morning i did talk to them and they came over to fix the problem. Anyways oother guestes were and no more complains. Thank you for your stay

Thank you Carl for your stay. The wash machine was working fine. My cleaner said, Sorry, either you did not know how to use it or you overloded it. The tvs work fine no other person complained.. i know you called about how to use the remotes. And I understand you might not be tech savy. yes we do a spring cleaning of all the carpets that will take care of the cleaning , but many tenents raved about how clean the condo was.

WE do have concrete walls between the apartments. we have different guesses coming every week, like every where else. Most of the guesses are very quite as they go to the parks during the day and come back at night to rest. The odd and very rare ones, sometimes are a bit more noisy. we will tell about the review to the neighbor to be more vigilant and tell guesses to keep it down. We will also put a note on our confirmation to not be too loud. Thank you for your stay.

Thank you Jason for staying. the confirmation was sent to you but I am not sure why you couldn't find it in your email, because eventually after talking to you on the phone you found it. However I am glad you were able to get in also I just reported to my cleaner about the floors being a bit sticky it could be that they had just finished washing it, but I said to the cleaners to be more careful. as we are coming out of covid we're trying to do better and better . so apppreciate your comment's because that will help us to improve and improve we did. The confirmation was sent to the VRBO guest address some time before the gust arrival . for some reason the guest above did not receive it when it was sent according to the guest, but as soon as we heard about the request for the confirmation with all the info, it was sent immediately. Building outside Paint: I was not aware of the timing of the painting that would take place by the condo association, or I would have mentioned it to the guest above. it was not a big deal to remove a bit of tape from the lockbox. many guests would be happy to see the building kept updated with paint and all the maintenance done,. Sink : no other guest brought the sink leak to our attention before the above guest,. even though some guest put a dish under the sink but never told us. as soon as we were told we arranged for someone to go fix it. including other maintenances . comcast took some time before they fixed the WIFI, we have no control over that. Some people though would be better off going to motels where they have housekeeping every day and service whenever you call the front desk, but even there they do paint and do maintenance while you're there sometimes. this is a condo and whatever you do at home you do here where you have 1,450 sq. feet and not one room at the motel. we clean and sanitize before any new gusts arrive. Thank you for your stay. Even though you're the first to mention the mattresses, it's sometimes what people are used to have at home, But Yes the mattresses are been replaced. We've ordered new mattresses will go in as soon as possible. We always strive to please our guests. Thank you
