This is a cute house right on the Main Street of town. We were hiking imto Havasupai and we stayed here both the night before and the night after. It worked perfectly!It had plenty of room for four of us, was cheaper than nearby hotels, and we had a kitchen. There is a great restaurant a block away that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.The host responded immediately when I had questions and went out of his way to help us.I recommend this property!

This was a great place to stay! We had four women and there was plenty of room for us all. The house was clean and easy to find. There is a great restaurant, Lilo’s, just a block down the road.I received great communication regarding the check in process. Check out was super easy with nothing we had to do other than turn out the lights. That was great!Also, we had issues with one of the toilets while we were there, and the owner showed up himself within 15 minutes to fix it.

Fun stay in Seligman!

We had a great stay at the Villa! It had everything we needed in the middle of Seligman, and we were able to have a front row seat to day and night on Rt. 66. So much fun!

Just what we needed

This home was adorable, spacious and clean. Loved staying there while in Seligman. Great location - walk to all of the tourist spots. Definitely will come back!

The host family is very attentive to any needs you may have. The place is as described. It's a very clean refurbished older home. Seligman is quite a place for tourists and you are right in the middle of it all the action, yet have great privacy.

Clean and relaxing

The house was very clean, comfortable and roomy. The host was friendly, accommodating and responsive. We felt welcomed and comfortable in the home.

The third bedroom was on the porch and the house had a weird smell. The shower door stuck and you had to pull it hard to get it closed. It would have been nice to have a grill. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Lorraine, In Arizona we have rooms that are located at the front of the property which are called Arizona Rooms and not porches. We have had no complaints about the shower door or ordors. Sincerely, Anna Marie

Comfortable and Clean.

This is our second time here and it definitely won't be our last. Anna Marie is friendly, communicative, and overall great. Rick keeps the property in great shape and between the two of them they make sure this is a great and relaxing place to be. Well within walking distance of all the neat things to see in town. Thank you for the great place to stay when we are there.

A nice clean house with amenities, Seligman is small and this house is in the middle of town easy access and walking distance to everything. A big plus large enclosed gated yard, great if you have a large suv!
