Cozy, clean, and comfortable 3 bedroom Adirondack getaway nestled on a double lot in a private development off the main road. Short walk to a sandy beach with mountain and sunset views. Swimming, fishing in a quiet cove perfect for children.
The house is fully furnished with sectional sofa, flat screen tv on sunny porch with windows all around . Sofa and chair in cozy living room facing fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar includes pots and pans, microwave, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. eating area adjacent to breakfast bar includes table with four chairs. Master bedroom has a new queen size mattress with dresser. Second bedroom has a full size bed with dresser. Third bedroom has a bunk bed with dresser. Large shades deck with grill and outdoor furniture. House has knotty pine interior with a real country mountain feeling. Air conditioning available. Wi-Fi available.

We loved the quiet area, and the short walk to the beach. The cottage was cozy, very clean and comfortable. We loved all the amenities that were offered. This was our second time we have stayed and very much enjoyed it.Deb and Nels K August 2026

Melissa was easy to deal with. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The furniture was very comfortable and pretty. The front porch is turned into a TV.Room which is really nice.There's room for lots of people. We enjoyed our stay there.

The stay was good but directions for the house we're not clear. You can nit drive to the beach but there is nothing stating that. The listing said there was a gas grill, it is charcoa and it said there was extra blankets but there were not.

The listing states that the property has a grill, but it does not specify that it is a gas grill. The grill provided at the property is a charcoal grill. Additionally, while extra blankets are not listed as an advertised amenity, extra blankets are provided and are located inside the ottoman in the sunroom. We’re sorry if you weren’t able to locate them during your stay. We always want our listing to accurately reflect what is provided, and we appreciate feedback that helps us make the experience as clear and comfortable as possible for our guests.

Our summer stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the knotty pine cottage. The cottage was very cozy. The location was so convenient to town. The lake was so close and walkable.

Beautiful cabin!

We had a great stay in this cabin! Not only was it beautiful, but there was plenty to do. It was also very clean and well kept. Michelle is a wonderful host and made check in very easy. I hope to be back soon!

Cozy cottage

This house is cozy and comfortable. All our needs were met while we visited the area for a family weekend get together. The porch is enclosed but large and comfortable. We also enjoyed the open deck for coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to return next summer.

Peaceful and quiet

Clean house, large deck overlooking large meadow with some tall beautiful trees, deer, rabbits, squirrels, turkeys, chipmunksWarm lake water, shallow sandy beach a short walk. Northville is 10 minutes away for drug store. Supermarket, restaurants and ice cream

So much fun

The beach was great. The community was perfect. We loved the cabin. My 3 year old called it the grandma house because it felt like being at grandma's house. I spent summers at the lake as a kid and this home away from home gave me the opportunity to share with my kids the great times I miss so much. Thank you

Had a lot of fun on my trip to the Adirondacks with my friends. The place is amazing with the comfy and entertaining sun room. The kitchen was well equipped except that the dish washer wasn’t working. The neighborhood is quiet with a short walk to the lake. The heating system doesn’t work very well outside of the main bedroom and the bedrooms layouts is quite inconvenient. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice location on Great Sacandaga Lake

Pros: Great location ( close to Northville) easy access to beach but you need to have your own kayak or paddle board - not much room to do anything other than launch out or sit and have a snack friendly, quiet community, House was clean Cons: kitchen and bath need updating No wifi or dishwasher ( out of order) Sunroom was clean but had an odor making it unpleasant to sit in.

A peaceful getaway!

This is definitely a favorite! Very peaceful and has all the comfort items you are looking for in a getaway. Furniture was clean and comfortable. We stayed here as we visited family in nearby towns and it fit the need to have family over for dinner as well as a hideaway after spending time with family :) Looking forward to returning in the future.

Friends Reunion

My daughter & I met up with friends for a summer weekend. Was perfect for the five of us! House very clean, deck is beautiful, (bring charcoal), enclosed porch/TV/game room perfect for teens, window a/c’s in most of the rooms, plenty of beach towels and bath towels available, bunk bedrooms is first in line of rooms, then the queen and then the king room. Connecting bedrooms wasn’t an issue for us b/c we were mostly at the beach and then so tired from sun/swimming at night that we all crashed at the same time. Kitchen had dishes, pots/pans, big pot for corn, most kitchen utensils & some pantry staples. There is a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven & Mr. Coffee maker in the kitchen. Beach is an easy walk from the house on neighborhood road. Neighbors are lovely, beach was plenty big for us and had a great swimming area!! We would absolutely stay again!!! Thank you, Melissa & Christine!!

Much more than I was anticipating! I reserved this cabin months before my vacation, and the online description has been updated since I originally booked it. Very comfortable and cozy! A lucky find!

Lovely space on land and down my the water.

This stay was perfect for our family: a short walk to beach access, a big yard to play, plenty of room inside, and many aspects of our stay taken care of for us (towels, sheets, etc,). It was a wonderful way to end the summer.

Great cozy place

My wife and 2 kids loved staying here. The place was clean and very cozy. We had great weather so having access to the lake was key. Very friendly neighborhood. We had a great time!

Good location

Good location and nice to have some beach access. Plentiful clean towels and linens. Bathroom/shower is very small. Would stay here again if price was right.

I grew up coming to the lake with my family for the summers and eventually was fortunate enough to get my own place. My grandparents were the first in my family to discover the lake and my mother and aunts have all kept the tradition of summers on the Sacandaga going for their families. I would like to do the same for my family.

It's peaceful, pretty and cozy. Neat clean and self contained. Private setting with lovely trees and lawn with seasonal views of the lake. Off the beaten path on a dirt road with not a lot of traffic except for other residents. Safe for children. Easy access to town and stores. Bring a canoe, kayak or paddle board and spend the day exploring the nearby Kenyon islands. Motor boats welcome easy access to state boat launch. Bike riding, walking or running. You name it you pretty much have it here.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Sandy beach with beautiful views of the mountains and the sunsets. Facing west so you have all day sun. Summer days are endless here off of Seven Hills Road. This is truly a beautiful place.
