Enjoyed our stay, outside area needs some attention, pool was clean, floating dock is good, had paddle boards and kayaks available, Close to the end of the channel and Gulf which leads to great sandbars or restaurants on the water. Inside the house is comfortable, appliances seem to be new and top quality, pool table has been used a lot. We had to rewash kitchen utensils prior to using, but we do that anyway when we travel. We would rent this property again.

A beautiful home with an amazing outdoor space. The house was spotless and has everything you need! We had dolphins and manatees at the dock, its also a great spot for fishing!Marc was always available for any questions, thank you again we really had a great time!

We've stayed at half dozen properties in the area, this was by far the best - everything was high end, pool was amazing, bed was comfy, and this was the COLDEST AC I've been in for a rental (other properties had NEST thermostats with a schedule and locked down at 72), large dock for boat with a quick ride to open water, kayaks, paddle boards, garage parking, quite neighborhood, fast communications with host. Everything was great! Plenty to enjoy without leaving the home! Dolphins right at the dock, heated pool with loungers, and a great tiki hut to hide from the sun or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, while watching the water. Bed were comfy, lots of clean plush towels, equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Garage parking was convenient and easy. Marc the owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Another great stay at this house!

This is the second time we've rented this house and it was just as good as the first time! Location is close to lots of fun things to do and it's just as enjoyable staying home and relaxing by the pool and enjoying the view!

The house was as advertised, very clean and spacious, the pool area was very nice. There were kayaks to use. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable relaxation

The pool and water view were amazing, the house was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the host was super easy to get a hold of. I hated to leave, it was a great experience.

Perfect Rental

The house was absolutely beautiful and located in a perfect location near a main canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico . There was ample seating for guests on the patio, in addition to a tiki bar.

Tropical home

Beautiful clean house with outstanding views. The owner was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful home on the water

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful place. The home is just like the pictures and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We loved the views, the pool area, and the location on the canal system. This rental home is well stocked and maintained. The Gulf Harbor neighborhood is very nice and close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Gorgeous house, beautiful property!

The house was beautiful the pictures dont do it justice.The property was amazing and the resort like atmosphere just made it that much more better. We greatly enjoyed our stay and the owner was a great host. He answered every call and question we had we will definitely be booking again. Do yourself the favor and book this property.

Multigenerational family vacation

This home is exactly as advertised. It is comfortable (beds were amazing). Tons of kitchen stuff and the pool was perfect. Fishing off the private dock was a fun activity. It is a quiet neighborhood near everything. A great home base for shopping, the beach and downtown Tampa. We enjoyed the property and our time in Florida immensely.

Welcomed relaxation

Do not believe the bad reviews!! This property is in great condition. Lovely home and grounds. New Tiki Bar, Dock and everything up to date. The pool was glorious, beds comfy, kitchen stocked. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and canal with all the wildlife visiting.

Outdoor oasis

This property has the ideal outdoor setup! The sandpit was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise in the morning. The dock was brand new and perfect for our rental boat as well as fishing. The owner was wonderful about answering any questions prior to and during our stay. We would definitely come back!

The property met and exceeded our expectations. The inside of the house had enough space to accommodate a family without feeling crowded. The owner provided amenities needed to make a memorable experience. The views from the backyard of the house were amazing as you watched a parade of boats all day long. We even saw two dolphins swim by the dock of the house.
