The condo was absolutely wonderful. Floor to ceiling gulf views that are unobstructed. We will definitely be staying here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The view of the beach is excellent, and the host was very responsive. Very quick response to our issues with the door codes and beach access code not working. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was fairly clean, but one closet was so full of clutter that it was unusable. It had ceiling tiles, 2 fans, 2 beach chairs, many beach toys, and an air mattress to name a few items. The door code we were given did not work. The "contact us" method we were given sent a text to Panhandle Getaways that logged a repair ticket, but did nothing to put us in contact with a person. I called the number, but was put on hold 10 minutes. It took 20 minutes to access the room once we arrived. We paid for 2 parking tickets, but only one was provided, This required another call to Panhandle Getaways for resolution. The kitchen had zero dish clothes/towels. We had to buy a few at Walmart. Thankfully, the weather was beautiful so we could enjoy the beach. However, Panhandle Getaways needs to up their game. We will never use them again.

Longbeach stay

Panhandle Getaways were awesome in communicating with us. We had a fabulous stay and the unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Due to the hurricane coming our way, we did leave a day early and Panhandle communicating with updates daily. Will definitely stay with them again.

Labor stay visit

Our stay was just what we expected. We have stayed at lomg beach resort several times. Its the place to stay. Beachfront rooms, easy access, close to a nice restaurant, (Pimeapple Willie's). All was good until a maintenance guy shows up to fix a toilet and busted the wax seal before the last night. Making that toilet inoperable. All

The room was nice but floors were filthy, had to call to get a broom & dust pan which they brought quickly…called about tvs not working never did get fixed. Knew about construction but it was said the 2 smaller pools would be closed while there but the main pool would be open but half of it was roped off,found out it’s been like that for a month and a half before we arrived, disappointing. Should have been notified before we arrived. Couple of tips for owners ,instructions on how to work tvs, a safety bar for tub/shower, it’s a big step in and it can be slippery. Something so simple as some window cleaner would be nice to supply .
