Great apartment, perfect location and very helpful and proactive host. We missed our connection in Frankfurt (avoid THAT airport if possible) and they graciously rebooked our airport pickup with another driver. Will definitely stay again!

We had a superb stay in Regola. The place was gorgeous, and the host and her assistant were meticulous and super helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The property is an old fashioned comfortable apartment in the heart of old Rome. It’s an ideal location. The host is very helpful and has a capable team to help you out. In short the apartment is a gem. The only drawback is that it’s on the 3rd floor without a lift. Good for exercise.

We have stayed in Barbara's lovely apartment several times before. As always she was a helpful, kind host. There are few places in Rome better situated than her place, designed like a jewel with comfort and beauty.

Great stay! Easy check-in. Barbara was a great communicator. She was able to secure us an early check-in and arranged our airport transportation. Clean apartment; comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

Very well located apartment for central Rome. The owner could not be more helpful: for instance was able to arrange door to door limo service from / to the airport for the same cost as a taxi. The apartment is just around the corner from the Campo di Fiori which has a multitude of reasonably priced restaurants and a daytime market mainly selling a mixture of the usual stuff aimed at tourists but which adds good atmosphere.

Barbara is incredible!!! She made our dream Roman holiday a reality. You would be truly missing out if you don’t book her flat. The place was dead center in the middle of everything. Easy walking distance to all the big hits. After setting us up with transportation from the airport Barbara met us upon arrival and shared her enthusiasm. We will definitely be back. Get this place before someone else does.

Absolutely loved our stay at Barbara’s in Rome. She kindly met us at the market and walked us to the house, answered every question promptly, and gave fantastic restaurant tips. We enjoyed great sliced pizza and cornetti at Forno’s thanks to her suggestions. The central location made walking to everything effortless, and the apartment was clean, quiet, and had a super comfortable bed. Highly recommend Barbara as a host

This was our third time staying in this property. Barbara is a wonderful host, we were delayed arriving due to our flight and she was there waiting for us. The apartment is in a great location for walking to almost all major attractions. The A/C in the bedroom worked very well. As noted, the apartment is on the 4th floor (level 3 in Rome) and it's a climb up, no elevator. But if you don't mind stairs, it's a great spot.

Overall a wonderful experience! The apartment is beautiful, immaculately kept, well-furnished and well-appointed, and everything worked perfectly. The location is superb. Barbara is the perfect host, communicating effectively and offering advice and recommendations for those unfamilar with Rome. Three flights of marble stairs may be a little demanding, but that's a small price to pay for such a delightful temporary residence!

Amazing stay in Rome! You can't be in a better location than this apartment!! No more than 25 minutes walk away to all the major sites (Spanish Steps, The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Vatican City) and just a few steps from the amazing Campo di' Fiori which is full of restaurants and there is also a market there every day! The host, Barbara, is fantastic and i have never had a host be so communicative with me before and throughout our stay. Rome was the best city we have ever visited and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Great location, absolutely fantastic host who is so very welcoming and a wealth of information throughout the stay. Fully stocked kitchen. The daily market very nearby is a huge plus. Easily accessible to the bus routes and very safe area. Such a wonderful stay we miss it already! Thank you Barbara!!
