Beautiful and clean cabin with great views. Marty is a great host and he even gave us suggestions on where to eat. Everything was perfect.

The property was excellent for our family. Clean, convenient and spacious. The outside patio was a wonderful place to sit, visit and see beautiful sunsets over the lake!

This was an amazing place to stay. The view of Lake Nocona in the morning and evening was beautiful. The house was very clean and everything in order. Communication with host was great. Anyone looking for a rental on Lake Nocona, this is the place to stay.

Quiet and peaceful. Incredible view of the lake and great amenities. It was a little chilly but it didn't stop us from paddling around and fishing off the dock.The kitchen was well equipped and layout is perfect for family gatherings. Internet was fast and reliable (for those who need to check in for work).Highly recommend for a family getaway.

Marty was a great host! He was responsive and helpful with information about tge local diner, which was a great brunch on our way out of town! This house is beautiful and quite comfortable! We're planning to come back again to enjoy the country and hopeful a dip in the lake!

Great Labor Day at the lake

We had a great time at Lake Nocona for Labor Day. The house was perfect and in a great location. We will be back.

Outstanding property and owners! Dream of a weekend!

My first time ever doing a VRBO trip and the property owners could not have made it any better! The check-in process was super easy. Got to the property and through the secure gate and drove into a dream! House was stocked with anything and everything you will need. Very very clean and organized. I spent my mornings fishing from the backyard. Then the evenings we sat and enjoyed the view from the back deck. Absolute dream weekend, Made great memories with the kids. If youre considering booking this property, do yourself a favor and just DO IT. You wont regret it!

Levi and his family left our lake house in excellent condition. They followed all our rules and we can’t wait to have them stay with us again. I’m fact, Levi will become our first repeat guest when they return for 4 nights on July 4th weekend! Can’t wait.

Heaven on Earth!!!

Second time booking this property, and will not be the last. The owners are outstanding folks and will make sure you have everything you need to make your trip great. Whether you want to fish, get some sun, hike around the property or just sit back and enjoyvthe peace and quiet, this is the place. After you pull through the secure gated entry, the world gets left behind. (Still have wi-fi for the teenagers) Blackstone griddle outside, bbq pit, we took advantage of both. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need. Plenty of towels, beds are outstanding. I could go on and on about this property. Already planning our next weekend. Dont hesitate to try it out, you wont regret it!
