Even though Savin Hill is part of Boston’s biggest neighborhood, it is sometimes overlooked by other Bostonians. Those of us who know about the area’s historic buildings, art galleries, bars, and restaurants are not in a hurry to tell everybody else. Savin Hill is a vibrant mix of young professionals and artists, close enough to downtown to make getting around Boston a breeze, but with enough happening in your immediate environs that you don’t need to go far to discover why our neighborhood is truly a hidden gem.

Getting Around:
The JFK/UMass subway station is a 12 minute walk from our home. From there, the Red Line will take you directly into the heart of Boston in minutes. The nearest Hubway bicycle rental location is less than a five minute walk away. There are also several private transportation options at your disposal (Uber/Lyft, Zipcar). If you do plan on driving, please note that parking is limited at this location -- please message us if you have questions about where you can park your vehicle.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
