This Hollywood Hills Mid-Century estate offers luxury living steps away from the famous panoramic Mulholland views. With two unique private front yard patios and a lush, stunning backyard with a pool, this home has seamless indoor-outdoor spaces that provide a resort-like ambiance. All bedrooms have en-suite full baths. Office + additional room desks. With luxury amenities, beautiful landscaping, and ample parking, it's the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

This property combines the quintessential Hollywood Hills lifestyle with expansive Mid-Century design. Located in the highly sought-after Hollywood Hills, the estate is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac above and near Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood, near Mulholland Dr. Its central location allows for easy access to West Hollywood, Ventura, Sunset Strip, and Beverly Hills.

The estate provides a private and paparazzi-free environment, making it a favorite for celebrity rentals and those seeking ultimate privacy. The 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Mid-Century Modern home features a 12-foot formal entry with a pool view and outdoor area through expansive sliding glass doors. The open floor plan allows for a seamless indoor and outdoor flow, creating a resort-like living experience. The living room and a casual seating area are separated by a stunning mid-century marble gas fireplace, and both offer full views of the pool.

Inside, the house features dramatic dark hardwood floors, designer furnishings, and excellent airflow. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with high-end appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Monogram double-oven, 5-burner stove, wine cooler, and Borsch appliances. The kitchen also features a center island with seating for four. Dining options include a spacious formal dining room that seats eight and a dining terrace located off the kitchen.

The main hallway leads to the primary suite and three additional bedrooms. The primary suite overlooks the pool and includes a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in steam shower, a separate soaking tub, marble countertops, and a queen-sized bed. The steam shower even opens into the backyard, providing easy access after a swim. The other three bedrooms offer queen beds, private terraces, and a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting two rooms. Another bedroom and bathroom "guest suite" can be found on the other side of the property, along with an office space suitable for working from home. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

You will be asked to sign a Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Perfect for a weekend in LA

We had a lovely stay at the property; convenient to many La attractions and central to Fairfax, Melrose, Hollywood and Sunset Blvd. The home had ample room for six adults both private and common spaces. One callout the sauna is connected to the master bathroom with outdoor access. It’s not a separate room.

Great for Couples

Beautiful setting with lots of room to spread out or gather. Really nice for couples as each has their own bathroom. Would have taken off a quarter star if I could for some minor issues such as a double bed mattress on a queen frame, some deferred maintenance (broken towel racks, toilet missing a seal) and eating utensils that looked like they came from a garage sale. But nothing big that really impacted the enjoyment of our stay. And when we did call about a bed issue, they were very prompt about fixing it. We were in town for the Joni Mitchell concert and this place definitely gave us the vibe of the canyon!

Long Labor Day Weekend

Had a wonderful long weekend is this very spacious, accommodating house. Everyone especially loved the private back yard and large swimming pool.

Worse experience considering the cost. Definitely overpriced, property poorly managed. Patio area was filthy, patio chairs covered with bird droppings, stains, mold. Pool not cleaned Home very dated in need of much repair A known broken chair that was left in property injured guest

Home in the Hills

This property was perfect for our stay. The online description and pictures were spot on! Great entertaining home. Room to spread out. Spend time lounging at the pool or take a snooze in the hammock; or have a quiet dinner in the dining area. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone who loves privacy and quiet for their stay.
