Beautiful home and property! So fun to see the longhorns and horses and waking up to the low mooing of the cattle! Communications is excellent and we would highly recommend.

It was perfect for what we needed. My grandson’s wedding venue was 10 minutes away. Just wish it wasn’t so hot; we would have spent more time on the patio!

Fabulous property for the family to hand out at. Will definitely rent the next time we're in town. The owners were incredibly responsive and made our stay extra special.

This home and the grounds were beautiful and perfect in every way. Made us wish we were there on vacation instead of just a quick trip for a graduation event. Comfy beds, good pillows, stocked with essentials and more. These Arizona desert dwellers thoroughly enjoyed the grass, trees, horses, and doggo greeter!

We love being greeted by the horses and cattle at Cottonwood Meadows! This was our second stay at the ranch and it was better than the first time (the gun club was quieter.) The house is beautiful with comfortable beds, adequate kitchen and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the countryside.

A great place for a relaxing stay if you're looking for a Texas retreat in the country. It's only minutes from all the city amenities but seems like you're miles out in the country. Great sunrise and sunset views.

This Place was A Gem! OMG! I Could go on and on about how picturesque this place is! Pictures do not do this property justice. Everything from the view to the perfectly decorated home was perfect. The Host was so accommodating and was quick to reapond to any questions I had! The beds were super comfy. Oh and the beautiful Horses and Longhorns that live on property. Just simply gorgeous! I promise book it and you won't be disappointed!!

We came and stayed here for the F1 Austin races and had a great time being pretty close to the races! Quiet area at night, allowed for us getting much needed rest every night without issue.

Very easy check in. Property is a great place. Well stocked with amenities. Ms Tanya, our host, communicated with us prior to check in. Rustic ranch decor inside. Comfortable beds and awesome showers. It’s a working ranch. We saw beautiful Longhorn and a few calves, a couple of horses and a very sweet dog -Shakira. Very peaceful location that suited our family well. Will definitely return when in this area.

The house was perfect, everything we needed and more! Tanya and her husband were great, very accommodating and communicative. The scenery and front porch were perfect for watching all our grandkids run and play! The house was completely comfortable and spacious, beautifully furnished and felt like home!

Beautiful property grounds. No privacy whatsoever. Hidden Cameras. No curtains. Outdated furniture and decor. This was not the cleanest property I've rented dust and pet hair everywhere. Foot Traffic all throughout the day. Ranch manager and entire family lives on the property. Felt like we rented a room in a house instead of a house on a acreage. Communication with host was poor. Out of 10 years using this service this property was by far the worst. I would not recommend. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Beautifully decorated, spacious house with great sunrise and sunset views. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked; beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked beautifully. There's lots of room to spread out and plenty of space so you can have some privacy if you're staying with family or friends. The house is not far from the Austin airport but feels far away from the hustle of the city. Cows, horses, dogs, birds on the property add to the ambience.There's a separate space for events and parties. We didn't take advantage of that, but the location and the set-up seem well-designed and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend!
