Beautiful, quiet home within a short walking distance to the community lake and Freestone Park (0.5 mi). Saturday mornings, you can head to downtown Gilbert for the Farmer's Market located by Water Tower Plaza (2 mi) and afterwards grab lunch at one of the many local spots nearby. Other nearby attractions include:
Riparian Preserve (3 mi)
Golfland Sunsplash (7 mi)
Lost Dutchman State Park (22.2 mi)

There is plenty of room for rest and relaxation in the spacious main bedroom equipped with a king sized bed, sitting area, and vanity. The large, open space main bathroom has a large walk in shower, double sinks and a separate toilet room. The dark and cool second bedroom has a new king sized bed and large flatscreen television.

Christmas Away

We had a great holiday week close to our daughter. There were problems with th furnace. Repairs were delayed due to the holiday but Mindy was very responsive and did everything she could to make us comfortable.

Traditional Thanksgiving

The home was perfect for our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and made our Thanksgiving preparations and meal a wonderful experience. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. Would stay here again.

Great family home!

Spacious home with lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and cupboards were well-stocked. Loved the backyard space and garden!

Very Comfy Home

We loved this home, very well stocked, very comfortable. Great neighborhood. The beds are super comfortable. Loved the coffee bar. Super handy to be able to do laundry as needed. The only issue we had was that there was a very strong smell when we first walked into the home, possibly cigarettes? It’s a nonsmoking home, so it surprised us that it smelled. We sprayed a lot of Febreeze, which seemed to help, but it didn’t subside for a couple of days.

Spacious Open home!

Lovely spacious home in great neighborhood! So much to enjoy. Our grandkids loved the treasure chest when they came over to visit. The backyard and overhanging roof awning were so nice. Great trying some herbal teas and treats in the kitchen area. Loved the bedroom fan!

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, has everything

This is a lovely and spacious home with all the amenities. The home is very clean and the layout is perfect. We had our coffee and tea in the mornings while sitting on the patio and enjoying the serenity of the garden. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay!

We were very impressed with the house! It was a beautiful house, very clean and we felt very safe. We didn’t have any issues so didn’t have to reach out to Mindy during our stay. I did ask her a few questions before our stay though and she was very responsive.

The house is very well stocked, maybe because someone lives there when the house is not rented. Is was a grerat location for us . House was clean and very nice.Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Felt like home away from home. This property was in the perfect location for our trip. It was 10 mins away from the Cactus Yards and even closer to great food option.

Great getaway

The home was beautiful and we love the decoration all over the home. I enjoyed seeing tons of the host traveling photos all over the house. It's definitely was a great experience.

It is adorned with unique decor and photos from the wonderful places I have travelled to including several National Parks. I love tending to the garden and growing veggies and herbs to share with others.
