Wonderful Stay, Great Location

The condo was exactly as pictured and quite spacious! Wonderful location and communication with the host was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Very nice place in a good neibourhood. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.The rooftol pool was a great bonus.

We have been coming to PV for over 10 years now, and by far this is the best location and condo we have stayed in. Condo was clean and had all the amenities you would want. The best part was the view from the rooftop pool area. The host was great and communication and check-in were flawless. If you want the best food area and a great condo. I would recommend this one. Jennifer

Amazing place. Great centered location. Many stores and testaurants walking distance. And the roof top pool has a priceless view. Place was very clean and gives you the home feeling. My gamily enjoyed staying there very much.

Not the host fault but stayed 7 nights.Nice to have a rooftop pool but if you can’t use it why have it.Pool was green,I have had pools most of my life.If you don’t have salt water you must use Chorline & maybe a little shock treatment if things get out of control.This pool is not maintained.If they shocked it in 24 hours it would be back to normal.Underground parking gate was broke for several days so anyone could walk in & get into the elevator and go to any floor.Again, not the host fault but I would not stay at this Catalina complex.The HOA needs to hire a new management company to run this project. Probably not many owners stay here and just rent it out so they don’t know what’s going on.

Hello Steve, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry that these issues affected your stay. The parking gate was unfortunately having intermittent problems during the time of your visit and the building was also going through a management transition that week. The gate is now working properly and the new management team has taken over. Regarding the rooftop pool, unfortunately your stay coincided with this same transition period. Heavy rain had affected the pool and there was no maintenance service that particular week, which caused it to remain green longer than I even expected. I was not aware that it had remained unusable during your stay and I sincerely apologize. Had I known, I would have been happy to offer you an alternative property. These were temporary building-related circumstances during a change in management and the new team is now addressing them. I’m confident the property will be back to its normal standards moving forward.

This apartment was so beautiful. It looks exactly like the picture. We plan on coming back for sure. I would totally recommend staying here. It was specially nice having the pool on the roof to enjoy the beautiful view. Going to the beach during the day then relaxing in the pool was really nice. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. I traveled with my fiance and our two children it was so perfect! Really enjoyed our stay! There is so many places close by to walk on foot to eat at. The host was really nice and easy to get ahold of. The apartment was nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable too which was a super plus. They also have beach stuff provided which was super nice! Since we started for about 5 days and we went to the beach everyday then relaxed in the pool in the evenings.

The condo is just like the photos, it’s very beautifully decorated & is fully stocked with every cooking supplies you can need, there were even beach chairs. Very spacious and the rooftop pool has beautiful views of the city. Located in Versalles which is about 10 minutes from the malecón in an uber. There are lots of restaurants/cafes in this area and there is even a cafe located in the entrance. Overall, if you don’t mind taking taxis/ubers to the malecón, this condo is a very good option.
