Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $500 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals. PLEASE NOTE: The spa and pool heater cannot run at the same time and can be set on a schedule for your stay. Please contact PROACTIVE prior to your stay to set this up.
