This home was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive. We appreciated the parking directions, would stay here again.

This was a great location for our Disney trip. Short drive to the park, but in a quieter neighborhood. Had everything we needed and host communication was great.

Comfortable beds and clean place overall. ACs were nice to have in both bedrooms and living room. Host had great communication, helping out immediately with questions.

We traveled to the area for a convention at the Anaheim Convention Center. This was a perfect location! The area is charming and was just what we needed!

Very accurate listing description. Clean apartment & excellent communication from host. Parking lot is tight for larger vehicles but still manageable. Location is a great jumping off point for a lot of different places in the area. Loved walking the area and finding different places to eat all the amazing food. Neighbors were super quiet. Only con I can think of is that it's on a main road so you hear cars driving bye all day and night, but if you're from NYC like us, it was hardly noticeable.

Quiet and comfortable

Stayed in area for kids who go to Chapman. Good communication, comfy beds and easy check in. Appreciated the quick check ins from owners. Place slightly older and does not look as nice as we expected on the outside especially coming in at night and trying to find parking. Once we were familiar, it was easy to access and we had a relaxing stay. Thank you.

This second-floor apartment is in a delightful old building within easy walking distance to downtown Santa Ana. Great for folks who can handle stairs easily. The decor is lovely and includes amazing paintings by the owner as well as an interesting selection of books. Beds are very comfortable and air-conditioning works well. The bathroom has been remodeled with high-end finishes. The patio is furnished nicely and even has shades.Because the building is older (probably built mid-20th century), electric outlets are limited, so guests might want to bring multi-plug surge protectors. We gave the place a 4 for cleanliness because the first thing we saw inside the door was a dirty dusting rag. Also, I spilled a bit of water on the bathroom floor, and the paper towel I used to wipe it up turned brown, like the floor hadn't been mopped. But the place was very tidy and uncluttered.The one major concern was that the iron railing along the very steep, tiled, outside staircase was very rickety. It wobbled like it would give way if anyone leaned on it. We were traveling with fit young adults, who didn't need to hold onto the rail - if we'd been traveling with older folks or anyone who needs the security of a railing, this would have been a disaster. The front door landing is tight, and if more than one or two people are standing on it, it feels like you could fall 20 feet to the concrete. I hope that this gets fixed, as it's otherwise a delightful place.

Grace’s apartment was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers! It features two big King beds, and when one son's cough kept the other awake, Grace sent a comfortable cot with full bedding the very next day so we could separate them. She was extremely responsive and accommodating.The apartment is very well ventilated, but the AC blew nice and cold when we used it, and the big TV kept everyone entertained during the World Cup. We loved sitting on the cute kitchen balcony for morning coffee. The gym and coin-operated laundry are just steps away (grab coins at the bank or grocery store!).The kitchen had everything we needed—microwave, blender, toaster, stove, oven, fridge, and plenty of plates, mugs, and silverware. We only missed a can opener, so I bought one and left it there. The bathroom is fantastic, featuring a great hot shower, two sinks (one for us, one for the boys), plenty of toilet paper, and stocked shampoo, soap, conditioner, and towels.Located in a safe, secure downtown area with tons to do, we felt completely secure and centrally located. Highly recommend!
