Very well equipped house with everything that we needed for our stay. Daniela gave us a warm welcome and intro to the property. Lots of small towns well worth visiting close by as well as the bigger attractions. The property lies at the very end of a white road, so has splendid isolation as well as long views eastwards - beautiful sunrises!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host responded to all our questions before we travelled and the housekeeper, Daniela, was lovely and helpful. The villa is big, quiet and clean and the very well maintained pool was a welcome relief in the 35 degree plus summer heat. Everything that we needed was provided and we enjoyed days out to Florence, Siena and many other beautiful Tuscan towns and villages, along with relaxing pool days at the villa. The recommendations for the local bakery, pizzeria and gelateria were also excellent!

Beautiful property quiet, clean comfortable. Really enjoyed the space. Kitchen is beautiful but stove cooks very hot. The pool area was perfect for our family. Communication with the property manager was very timely. She was so kind and helpful.

Relaxing and wonderful stay!

A breathtaking property, very clean with a fully equipped kitchen to cook at home. A close drive to Siena and Florence and Irene gave us such a warm welcome! The grounds of the property were also stunning. Make sure to rent a car as the train station in Sinalunga is not walkable.

Beautiful house in a stunning setting

The house sits on a top a of the hill with amazing views of Tuscany. Location-wise it was about 30 mins to Montalpulciano, 50 mins to Sienna and an hour to Perugia. Decent equipped.

Amazing Spot

This house is a country paradise. The pool, the herb garden and the host Irene were all wonderful! We were here with our two small children during a heatwave, so the pool was a lifesaver as the house doesn't have AC. We had to leave a day early because the nights were a little too hot with small children and only a couple of fans, but we would still highly recommend this property. There was enough space to spread out and enjoy time together. If you enjoy cooking and breathtaking views, this place is for you!

We stayed 22 days. Wonderful villa. Fantastic location to be away from everything. Incredible views. Great property. Well appointed villa with everything you need. Clean. Daniella the property manager was a charm. Helpful and very nice. 10 minutes from Sinalunga and a great location to go to all the sites. Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, 1hr from Florence. Loved it. Highly recommend it. Great check in. Super place. Need a vehicle. Thanks Irene and Daniella.

“Our” Sunshine Home

We traveled to Tuscany to celebrate my son's 30th birthday. My son is also on the autism spectrum, so I wanted a beautiful and peaceful house that was also comfortable. This house exceeded all our expectations and made my son's birthday incredibly special. The house itself is stunning, decorated in the traditional Tuscan style, and impeccably clean. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend it for a long-term stay. The owner, Irene, is absolutely lovely, friendly, and kind. We had a long journey to reach the house and ended up getting lost along the way, but Irene made sure to locate us and guide us to the house. She kindly checked in on us every day to ensure we had everything we needed. Our stay here was truly memorable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this house to others. Irene also provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations. We affectionately called this house our "sunshine home."

Wunderschönes toskanisches Haus in traumhafter Alleinlage
