Plus, enjoy hassle-free parking for just $20 per night, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.

Just a short walk from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, providing quick and easy access to Washington, D.C., and the surrounding areas.

Other Things to Note:
WHost provide essential personal care and cooking products for your first nights. Please note that bath towels are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own.

For the safety of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief screening process before check-in. This must be completed prior to arrival, as failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Pool access is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day for registered guests only. Each reservation includes registration for two guests, with additional guests subject to a supplemental fee.

The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

For parking, please use designated spaces and display your permit clearly to avoid towing, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle damage, or unauthorized parking fines.
