22 Peaks is a stunning 3/3.5 home with majestic views of the Sneffels Mountain Range. You will enjoy the high end appointments in our home-Venetian plastered walls, granite surfaces, antique rustic chestnut floors and a wine cellar. The views are unmatched and set this home apart from others. The living, dining and kitchen are on the main level. Up one level to the Master and down one level to the media room with a 65'' TV and the other two bedrooms. Just outside the media room is the covered hot tub. There is a large deck off of the living room with a gas grill which faces the mountain view - a great place to watch the sun go down while having a glass of wine. Steam showers are nice after a long day of skiing-and the cross country ski track is right outside. Shuttles service offers transportation to the stores, gondola and the ski slopes.

Keywords: Fantastic View of Sneffel's Highline and down valley. The home gets lots of sun and is equally convenient to both Mountain Village and Telluride. Enjoy the media room, loft / office with wi-fi, heated 2 car garage and hot tub.

Great location and great views! Check in was seamless and the host allowed us to check in early which was nice. They also left a bottle of wine and coffee beans for us - very thoughtful touch. Thanks!

Stayed 11 days with two sets of visitors - friends then family - and everyone, including me, thought this property was awesome. Stupendous views from the great room and the deck of the San Juan Mountain range. Impeccably clean, kitchen well stocked, great layout. The hot tub is one of the best I've experienced... large, clean, adjustable up to an almost therapeutic level of massage, easy off/on cover, and peaceful views. Owners are close by if needed and very responsive to any question we had. The Mountain Village market and gondola are about 1 mile away, so glad we had a car (free parking garage once there). Definitely 5 star property.

Absolutely stunning views from this great property. A few minutes ride to the slopes/gondola/village. It's roomy and has everything you need. The hot tub has fantastic views also and is the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. Great owner and can't wait to go back!

Great ski weekned

This was a great Vrbo for our group of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and excellent views. Easy access to skiing and the ski locker at the base of the mountain was very convenient.

This location was perfect for our family of adult children. Everyone had their own room and bathroom on separate floors. The common areas were nice with great mountain views and the neighborhood was quiet. The shuttle service in Mountain Village was a great perk. We had an issue with the oven and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Christmas Stay!

This house is so beautiful! The location, the view, the amenities are absolutely fantastic. Communication w/Tobin and Jennifer was quick and they were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend a visit!

Excellent vacation home!

we loved everything about our stay in Tobin and Jennifer‘s house! From the layout and set up of the actual house, to the location, the views, hot tub, and ski locker! We used it all, and would absolutely return again.

The house was so incredibly beautiful- the view of the mountains is something that just needs to be seen!! The owner Tobin also left us wine and coffee- very sweet!! The rooms were spacious and accommodated our party of 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. Book this house you would not be disappointed!! Incredibly spacious and beautiful!!! Also the ski locker Tobin let us use was great as well! Thank you for sharing your paradise with us from North Georgia!

A MUST STAY!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was stocked with everything that you could need and more. The views are unbeatable and the ease of access to the Market, Gondola and Mountain were perfect. Thanks for a great home to enjoy our vacation at! A bonus was seeing the Elk from the Hot tub!

Really beautiful views. Well appointed lodging, and great size for 6. Dial a Ride is very efficient and available for 2 round trips.

Our second year staying at this property. It is great for a larger group (6 people in total). We have really enjoyed it and are missing Telluride already!

Great House

It was a fantastic house. We had a car and it was so convenient to the gondola parking but also super easy to get to Mountain Village and Telluride. Perfect vacation.

Best view!

22 peaks was perfect for our crew of five. Plenty of space and easy access to Mountain Village via the round trip Dial-A-Ride’s that come with the room (two free trips a day available) Thank you for a wonderful home to vacation in!

This was our second year here during ski season with four kids ages 5-11. The home is beautiful and in close proximity to Mountain Village. The owners graciously allow their guests to use their personal ski locker at the base of the mountain for free, which is a tremendous benefit that made our days easier and saved us about 500 on what the Telluride Ski Valet would’ve cost. Tobin also happened to be my 11 year old daughter’s ski instructor at Ski School one day and she loved him and said he was so nice (thanks again Tobin for giving her poles!). All in all, we had great trips on both occasions and would strongly encourage anyone to stay here….its a Very nice and comfortable home and the price and amenities cannot be beat!

Amazing property

Heavenly views!!!

Our family had a wonderful week staying in Mountain Village! The views off the deck alone made our week! We had easy access to town and all of our activities as well. Tobin was also easy to reach with any issues we had which were minimal.
