Welcome to a fully furnished home thoughtfully equipped with all essential supplies to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Your unique door access code will be provided 4 hours prior to arrival.

Enjoy a private room with access to the shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor patio. The home is conveniently located just 8 miles from Denver International Airport, 2 miles from Gaylord of the Rockies Resort & Convention Center, and 16 miles from downtown Denver. Nearby parks offer pleasant walking trails, and shopping, fast food, and local restaurants are just minutes away.

Step into a spacious and inviting home designed for comfort and relaxation. The living area provides ample space to unwind, while the bedrooms are carefully appointed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The home features:
• One bedroom with a king-size bed
• Two bedrooms with queen-size beds

All bedrooms are furnished with luxurious Tempur-Pedic mattresses for maximum comfort.

With 2.5 bathrooms, morning routines are easy and convenient for all guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area—perfect for preparing meals or enjoying board games together. Entertainment continues outdoors with a comfortable patio seating area ideal for relaxing.

Beautiful place. We were here for a conference at the Gaylord Rockies. The house had everything that we needed. We accidentally locked ourselves out. We contacted the owner and she responded quickly to resolve the issue! 10/10 would stay again.

Home was nice and clean and in a calm neighborhood. The host was very communicative and replied in timely manner! The home also located near grocery stores and several restaurant fast food options. Good location! The only thing I wish at least the master bedroom had a tv. The living room was only place to see tv. Other than that everything was great.

The property was nice and as appeared in photos. The only negative feedback is that it wasn't disclosed (or I missed it in the description) that the host or another guest was staying on the property as well. After discovering that it felt odd that they could've entered our space easily and we'd had no way of knowing when or why. I feel like a lock on both sides of the garage door would give future guests another level of security. Otherwise, zero complaints. Neighborhood was nice, quiet and felt safe.

This was a beautifully maintained home with ample space! Very peaceful area not far from the airport and downtown Denver. Wojld love to stay again if i ever make it out to Colorado again!

We had a very nice stay overall. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to stores and the convention center, which made everything very convenient. The host was easy to communicate with and provided thoughtful basics like coffee, towels, and shampoo, which we appreciated.At times the neighborhood was a little lively with some barking dogs, and the kitchen could benefit from a few additional basic items. However, these were minor things and didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’re grateful for the stay and would recommend the home to others.

100% Satisfied

This home was clean, well maintained, and overall very comfortable. The host was wonderful, easy to communicate with and pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and in a great location. So glad we chose this place. It was everything we needed while staying in Denver.

Host was helpful. Clean home. The only issue was the amount of air fresheners in the home. It was way too strong. We unplugged the plug-ins and tried opening the windows, but it was still too much.

Excellent property in a great neighborhood. Property manager was very communicative and friendly. House was exactly as described and had everything you would need for your stay. My family and I had a wonderful time for spring break.

Pros: House was easy to access and find. Plenty of space and it was clean. Cons:Host will check cameras for every move you make outside the house. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable receiving messages from host. Host made false claims to insurance company saying I broke a chair. Unethical Cheap kitchenware and not enough for a party of 6. Only 1 TV in the entire house which is in the living room.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home easy to access, clean, and spacious. The exterior security cameras are clearly disclosed in the listing and are installed solely for safety and to ensure compliance with house rules. They are not used to monitor guests’ private activities. Any communication during your stay was limited to addressing rule-related matters. Regarding the chair, the damage was identified and documented after checkout and reported based on its condition at that time. There was no intention to make any inaccurate or false claims. As noted in the listing, the home is not intended for parties or events, which is why the kitchenware is provided for standard household use. The number and placement of televisions are also accurately described prior to booking. Lastly, the reservation was made for two guests; however, up to ten individuals were present during the stay. The house rules clearly state a maximum occupancy of six guests, and no additional guest fees were paid.

Home was as described. It was definitely a comfortable stay. I was a little weirded in the beginning that our host Tinsae lives in basement and would be there during stay but we didn’t run into her at all. It was like if she wasn’t there. She was very responsive, polite, and helpful to our messages. She messaged is making sure everything was ok and if we needed anything to let her know. The location was great for us close to our family. Would definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Denver. We loved our stay!

First, I'll say that the owner was very responsive and getting back to questions about the facility ahead of time. She was kind enough to let us check in a few hours early since our flight into Colorado was early. Kitchen very nice four stars living room very nice four stars where she loses one star was the bedrooms the master was excellent second bedroom. The bed was not quite as nice as the master, but it was nice. The third bedroom really needed a little work other than that the place is really nice. I would've rated 4 1/2 stars but I did not have that option losing a half star for the one bedroom bed.

Cute home

We enjoyed our stay. The home is in a busy neighbor hood, the Holiday weekend being the 4th of July, there was a lot of traffic. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The rooms had plenty of room and hangers in the closets to hang cloths. We did not have wash cloths for the bathrooms or the kitchen. The check out instructions were very easy. They had TV apps that you could watch or availability to log into your own apps. When we first arrived, the sent from air fresheners plugged into the walls a little over powering. We unplugged them while we were there. The host occupies the basement and garage while you are staying, which we had no issues with but others should know that the owner lives in the basement. One night we could hear them and smell their food. Over all a cute comfortable home for a small family.

Worst stay ever!

Absolutley the worst Vrbo experience EVER!!! We had no idea the property owner was activly living in the house, and made herself very present. The morning after a full day at the amusement park, we were abruptly awakened to loud drilling in the walls. She was having a door installed in the kitchen! She never even informed us. She promised to reimburse the day for the inconvenience, but never did. I have yet to recieve a penny from her. She is very dishonest and minipulative. The description stated a hot tub was available, that was one of the main reasons we chose to stay at this particular property. When we arrived we were all very disappointed to see the backyard was empty. No hot tub at all. When i asked the property manager about it she said she has hot water and a bath tub... and that was her idea of what a hot tub. The master shower doors were broken and half was missing all together. Water splashed all over every time we showered. Overall what a complete DISSAPPOINTMENT!!! If you are looking to relax and enjoy your stay... DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hey Shannon, thank you for living my house, First of all, if you read the rules and the description, it has an answer to your question. When it continues, you booked for 5 people and bring 7 people. I was looking at an external camera when I asked you, but you don't answer. The house doesn't accommodate more than 6 people You have to be honest with the information you gave me, I called Verbo immediately and gave them the evidence

House was nice. There are only two full baths instead of the three full baths listed in the description, which made coordinating showers between four guys tougher. The beds were comfy, and the house was spacious enough. There was a dirty towel in the downstairs half bath when we arrived but we just didn’t use it, and one of the blinds had come off the rack in the kitchen and so we just tried to not touch them which was annoying but didn’t affect the stay much. Outside of that it was a little weird to have the host potentially using the garage and basement while we were there (off limits for guests), especially for a VRBO. House is a good location for some golf courses but the surrounding streets are a nightmare on any vehicle suspension. Overall good place to stay, host was nice, and we enjoyed our time there.
