3 bed/2 bath, 1400 sf townhome conveniently located in Erie. 30 mins to Denver & Boulder. Main floor has spacious family room, dining room & kitchen. Upstairs has primary bedroom, complete with a desk for remote work & private full bathroom. 2 additional second floor bedrooms share full bathroom. Washer/dryer in unit, hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy Colorado sunsets from two patios. Playground across the street and nearby trail system.

Please note, there is no bathroom on the main floor. Both full bathrooms are upstairs so if mobility is an issue, this may not be the best rental for you. Also, be aware that a $150 fee will be assessed if furniture is moved.

It’s a cozy townhouse with a wonderful view of the mountains and an exquisite neighborhood walking trail. Great location with easy drives to Denver and Boulder.

Good location, easy stay

Traveled with my daughter and son-in-law to visit the area for the first time. We found Erie to be a good location to use as a hub for RMNP, Denver, Boulder, and even Colorado Springs. The house itself offered just what we needed in terms of space and amenities and everything worked and was clean. No complaints and would stay here again.

Lovely townhome in Erie

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week while our house in Boulder was having some construction done. The location was very convenient. We were able to explore a bit of Erie. The house itself is lovely & the hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our three night stay at this property. It was clean and check in was super easy. Kelly provided detailed instructions and information. Ample linens and towels. Very pleasant.

Cleanest VRBO ever

This is the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Kelly, the hostess, was responsive to our questions. Check in was super easy. The kitchen has all the dishes and cookware you’ll need. Huge refrigerator. Park with a nice playground across the street. Quiet neighborhood a short drive away from the community center and library. Highly recommended.

Condo in a Quiet Neighborhood

This house was a perfect fit. It was only 2 miles from our son and his family. The condo is on a corner lot with easy parking. It was very clean and spacious for our needs. It is also close to Erie Pkwy which is a major thoroughfare to get to shopping and other needs. It's about 20 minutes to Boulder and to Lakemont (a growing area north of Denver).

Great hostess

While the layout of this place is challenging for anyone that needs to use the toilet NOW (lol) it is very comfortable and nicely appointed. The hostess is extremely responsive and accommodating. We were there for work, so didn't really explore the area for anything but food. The kitchen is well outfitted, so we were able to prepare quite a few meals there, saving on our expenses.

Very nice place for a family stay

Quiet neighborhood with several playgrounds nearby (walkable). The house was very clean and the host extremely responsive and helpful. Would stay again if we’re in the area.
