Manhattan Beach Condo located in the beautiful Sand Section. Stunning views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean, Beach and Coastline! Family-friendly condo in an EXCELLENT location (Quiet, residential Neighborhood ideal for families and couples; no party policy.

2 BR+ queen sized sofa sleeper /2 BA condo with terrific Ocean views. Fully furnished.

Located 1.5 blocks from the beach. The Condo is just steps away from fabulous restaurants, shops and parks.

Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with step in shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Newly remodeled with wood flooring and stone countertops throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances.

Manhattan Beach is a quiet, residential neighborhood, no loud parties allowed. 30 day cancellation prior to check in. Guests should bring their own soap and shampoo as well as food items such as bread, milk and condiments.

Smart TV's w/ Wi-FI, DVD, CD, cable TV, high speed internet w/ Wi-FI.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Full washer/dryer in unit. Includes parking in garage with automatic opener.

The view was amazing and the location was perfect for a family vacation, quiet, residential neighborhood, a very short walk to some wonderful coffee, shops, restaurants, and shopping. A very short walk to a beautiful beach and the strand. The place is a little dated, but very comfortable with a very nice kitchen that looks right out to the ocean. Very comfortable and clean.

Wonderful visit to Manhattan Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views and ocean breeze were amazing. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host and check in were super easy. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful view! Incredible location!

Cannot over state how much we loved our stay. The views are amazing, the proximity to the beach, the Strand and local restaurants are so convenient. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the sunsets are off the hook. Cannot wait to come back

Wonderful stay!

The condo had several windows with ocean views and beautiful sunsets without leaving the condo. Condo was very comfortable and layout was perfect for our family of 5. Close to beach and restaurants. Todd checked in with us during our stay. Would definitely return to this property!

Very nicely updated beach house. Ensuite master, nice sized rooms, the ocean view is spectacular. Clean, organized, very easy to make yourself at home.

Amazing view and great location!

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved that view! The kitchen was well stocked (except no coffee grinder). We greatly appreciated being able to share the garage for our car. Loved being able to walk everywhere and being so close to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Quiet Crib Overlooking Manhattan Beach

Killer pad overlooking the water on the quiet side of quiet Manhattan Beach. Close to the Airport and LA sights but still tucked away. Awesome!

Loved the location and the deck

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a 2 min walk from the beach and you can see it from the balcony every morning when you wake up. Also nearby are some great food spots like El Tarasco and it's a 20 min walk from downtown Manhattan beach where you can find great food like Tacolicious. Also the unit has everything you need and the communication with the owner is very clear.

Beach Weekend

Perfect location for a nice Beach weekend. House was great. Great ocean views and easy walking distance to beach and fantastic restaurants. Check in process and communication top notch. Private garage eliminated any parking stress that is sometimes a problem in Manhattan Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Surf's Up!

Lovely home overlooking the beach. We really enjoyed walking along the boardwalk and pier. The surf was 4-8' this weekend so we watched surfers riding waves and enjoyed summer like sunshine in January! We would definitely stay here again. Todd is excellent and responds fast.

Love Manhattan Beach

We enjoyed our time here! We loved the area and walking the Strand nearly every day. Beautiful views from Palos Verdes and Catalina, all the way north to Malibu! Everything went very smoothly even considering historic, dual "pineapple express" rainstorms during our stay. Easy access to LAX and numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and all services. Todd was super-responsive to all communication. Kitchen very well stocked. The garage parking is nice to have, just maybe a little tight if you have a larger vehicle. (Our rental car was smallish, and we got in and out in fine shape.) We would return here at any time! Thanks!

The environment / location is perfect and safe. The view of the ocean is unique. The apartment is spacious and very convenient. Communication with Todd was professional. Check-in very easy. Room for improvement: Certain installations in the apartment could be checked/improved. The items / beach gear etc. lying around in the garage could be tidied up better. The washing machine in the apartment is broken. However, the machine in the garage was a working alternative. However, over all we enjoyed the stay very much and would also like to come back.

Perfect beach home away from home

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect - just a VERY short walk to the beach, and all the restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance as well. Access to the Strand is nice to walk (or bike) up and down the coastline to neighboring beach towns. The bike path extends all the way up to Santa Monica. The property is spacious, with the bedrooms offset by a short set of steps. This gives it a very big, open feel. And the view from the balcony (which can be seen from the family room area as well) is tough to beat! All the little things (wifi, water pressure, kitchen furnishings, etc) were great. Garage parking spot was a lifesaver, as parking can be limited around town (as expected). Communication with the owner was super easy and friendly. Overall just a perfect place to spend a few days in a beautiful beach town. Would not hesitate to come back (and I plan to!).
