This beautiful farmhouse has lots of space to relax indoors and out: a sunroom, a front porch, side porch, back deck with pizza oven, and a lovely wading brook with a deck overlooking it. Our home is nestled in historic Lyme Center with a cluster of homes, a church and community building; 1.7 miles down the road is the Lyme green with a few restaurants, inns and a country store. An electric charging station is available for your use.

The Appalachian Trail and the Dartmouth Skiway are both one mile from our home, as well as many other walking, hiking, biking and ski trails. Post pond is great for swimming, boating and skating, and the Connecticut River is a popular spot to kayak/canoe. The town of Hanover is 15 minutes away with many shops and restaurants. It is also home to Dartmouth College, with its beautiful campus, the Hood art museum and other cultural and athletic events. Other nearby attractions include the Montshire Children's Museum, King Arthur café, bakery and store, picturesque Woodstock and Quechee, home to Simon Pearce glassblowing studio. White River Junction has some funky shops and a variety of restaurants, and just across the river, and the town of Fairlee has its seasonal flea / antique market and wonderful specialty food and gift shop.
