About the space: Historic Downtown Orlando charm with modern amenities! Close to everything, Sweet Magnolia is a spacious 1915 gem in the heart of Orlando proper. Featuring a fully stocked kitchen, 2.5 baths, 3 spacious bedrooms all with blackout curtains perfect for a good night’s sleep. An expansive living room with 10-foot ceilings, guests can while away the morning in the sun-drenched coffee nook, watch the world go by in the front sun room, or simply use the house as a convenient home base to enjoy all Orlando has to offer. Explore the neighborhood with a gorgeous stroll around Lake Cherokee. Here for a show or event? Leave the car parked at the house - the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, the Kia Center and other prominent locals are just a few minutes walk from the home.

Wonderful time! All the comforts you can ask for and so close to the Dr. Phillips Center and downtown Orlando. Ample parking in the back, easy access, and very kind, thoughtful, and helpful hosts! Very clean and updated spacious interior. In a very cute historic section of town.

Location and house were perfect. Lots of parking. Close to downtown.

The house is beautiful and well stocked. The kitchen is also well stocked. This was the perfect spot for our long weekend trip, but would also be great for longer stays. We will be back!!!

The Sweet Magnolia home was so great and homey! The beds were so extremely comfortable, the bedrooms were very large and there was plenty of space for our family to relax. The kitchen is a great size and everything was so clean! We loved the layout and the amount of space. The parking in the back is so perfect to get on and off the property. Our young son LOVED the foosball table in the front sunroom. The neighborhood is great with the lakes and park close by. It’s a great distance from Downtown Orlando. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be staying here our next trip to Orlando!

Weekend Family Gathering

We were very pleased with everything during this stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to stay a couple of days, even coffee, sugar, and creamers to our surprise. Five stars is fair. Thank you.

They thought of everything

Perfect place to stay in downtown Orlando. The neighborhood is quiet, but convenient to everything in the area. The host provided all the basic supplies and plenty of them. The bedrooms have USB connections for charging phones, watches, and earbuds. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Great experience at sweeet magnolia!

The hosts were awesome and super accommodating! They were thoughtful and even added a few sweet touches for my birthday, which made the stay extra special. Sweet Magnolia is stocked with everything you need — from kitchenware to umbrellas for those rainy days. The home was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. While the front exterior isn’t much to look at, the inside is full of charm and cozy comfort. It’s located just off a busy street and close to downtown and beautiful lake. The only downside was the WiFi, which didn’t work well during rainstorms. Overall, a great stay in a lovely, historic location!
