Chad was a wonderful host. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, modern, light, & close to shops and restaurant. We had everything we needed for a lovely, comfortable stay.

Great one bedroom in Woodstock neighborhood. Apartment had all the amenities required: king bed, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Free onsite parking.

Chad and Ellie were great hosts, very clear, proactive and helpful communication. The space is private, had everything we needed and in a very cute neighborhood. My personal favorite thing was the double shower heads

This place is immaculate, very thoughtfully designed, in a great location, and well appointed. I never received check in instructions so entering was a bit confusing. Also the property is 35 minute walk from Reed (not 15 minutes). I would totally stay here again though.

Wonderful stay

Loved our time at this great home. Brand new and had everything we needed. Close to safeway and several restaurants. Easy to park and walkable neighborhood. Would stay again! aagaagainiPortland.

This is a great place for a couple or a small family. We have two boys, ages 8 and 11 and we were comfortable with the amount of place we had. The unit is cute, well equipped and it has nice natural lighting. It is better in person than in the photos, so we were pleasantly surprised. The location is close to shopping and lots of places to eat on Woodstock. It is also a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from Reed College. We would definitely stay here again the future.

The dwelling was in great condition, and the decorations were very charming. I loved the record theme! It was very close to the friend I was visiting; I could walk to her house.

Great Stay in Portland

This is a wonderful property: quiet, clean, convenient. The neighborhood is very pleasant and it is a short walk to food, groceries, and vintage shopping. Parking is very easy. The kitchen has everything you need to make basic meals.

Wonderful in Woodstock

Great location walkable to heart of Woodstock for bakeries, restaurants, groceries and more. The property is modern in design with every convenience. Very comfortable king sized bed and well appointed bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

CODA is a stunning space in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space, well stocked and extremely comfortable. Great communication with property owner. Will book here again!

This property is walkable to Woodstock and Reed College. I walked every morning to get coffee and Papaccinos (best latte ever) and walked to Reed in the evenings to watch the sunset or walk the canyon. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The home was impeccably clean with good toiletries. Plenty of kitchen equipment to make a meal or to bring back take out. The owner was very responsive and easily understood in his responses. Finding another reason to come back to Portland. from this kid.

Coda was AMAZING!

Everything in the Coda Guesthouse was amazing! Very comfy and quiet. We especially loved the upstairs bathroom. So many short term rentals can feel cheap, but everything in Coda felt like there was great care put into it. My wife said she even began to imagine what life would be like if we just stayed in it forever. If/when we’re back in Portland, we’ll certainly look to stay in Coda again.

Perfect place!! The 2 levels offer privacy if needed. Love the Master Suite area upstairs. It was extremely clean with state of the art appliances. The towels were plush and the shower was great. They even had special dog towels. On top of all that, the location was outstanding. Pretty much a 5-10 minute walk to Woodstock and anything you need. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay there again.
