For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation

The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind!

⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun!

Note: Bath towels are not provided.

Important Amenities:

• HVAC System: Our centralized heating and air conditioning systems operate in compliance with municipal regulations. Heating is available from October 15th to May 1st, and air conditioning from May 15th to October 1st. The building association manages transitional operation based on outside temperatures to ensure your comfort.

• Parking Information: We prioritize your vehicle's safety, but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to vehicles parked on our property. To avoid towing, always park in designated spaces and prominently display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Please refrain from parking in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit, only 1 parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.

• Community Safety: As part of our commitment to ensuring a secure environment, we ask all guests to complete a screening process upon arrival.
