Our family friendly home is centrally located in the Saw Grass neighborhood of Fripp Island. It is a short golf cart ride to any of the beach accesses. It also is within walking distance to the Sawgrass neighborhood private pool and playground.

Enjoy the large, open floor plan, designed for family gatherings and entertaining! You'll enjoy movie nights on the large screen Smart TV. We offer a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. There are two eating areas, a separate dining area and a kitchen breakfast counter that seats 4. Our floor plan has a Master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, a twin bed and trundle. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a tub and shower. Located off the kitchen is the washer and dryer in utility room. After a sun filled day at the beach, come back and relax in our screened porch or on our deck, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood with you favorite beverage of choice. We offer wireless internet and cable TV.
Amenity cards are not included with the rental, you may purchase these cards from us, for $55 per person, for anyone 13 years and older, during the season, Memorial Day to Labor Day. After Labor Day to Memorial Day they are $39 for 4 night stay and $28 for a 3 night stay.

Included in the rental is a 4 seat golf cart for your enjoyment. Ride around Fripp Island. Beach chairs Smart TV's, for your streaming, towels and bed linens. There is a charcoal grill for all your grilling needs.
The Amenity cards are use for any of the Fripp Resort facilities, restaurants, swimming pools, Tennis courts, 2 golf courses and food court.

We had the best time! Everything was perfect for our family. We loved the home, the location, and the golf cart. We used the golf cart to go everywhere we needed to go on the island. My 3 and 5 year old didn’t want to leave. Awesome trip, house, and host. Would highly recommend!

Super Home on Fripp

Roomy, CLEAN, very comfortable, everything you needed and more provided. Definitely a go to place for our next trip to Fripp Island. Manager was very informative and helpful! - Many thanks to Sam!

This house did meet our needs. The only issue we had was the shower in the main bedroom is so small, you barely have room to turn around.

The place was nice, but on one of the hottest days of the summer the air conditioning quit. We were told we could not drop the temp below 72 degrees. Found out the fan was broken and the part would take a day or 2. After contacting the manager several times (he would respond to our text but was not reaching back), we were temporarily moved to another house for the evening. Returned the next day to find that the air conditioner had been fixed but yet, still no proactive communication from manager. We moved back in but the temp didn’t really cool until the next day. Then we lost interest connection. Someone came to look at the connection and then left because he couldn’t figure it out. Still took us to reach out the manager to learn that the bill wasn’t paid- even though it was on auto pay. We were without the Internet and cable for 2 days. No family movie nights or news updates with morning coffee as we wait for our kids to wake. Beach chairs broken and a took a couple of days to figure out how to turn on the dining room light (found the switch hidden by the refrigerator. Which is also where we found the switch to garbage disposal- which wasn’t working and my husband was able to reset. Primary bath showers small, but hall bathroom had more room. A few of the window blinds were so tightly drawn that they would not release to cover windows. Unfortunately- the lack of proactive communication from the management company was problematic concerning air conditioner and Internet.

The house and accommodations were clean & nice, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals. The host (Sam) was very nice and responsive when we had an issue with the pool card. He went out of his way to make sure we had it for our stay. Later, there was a power outage that affected the entire island for approximately 24 hours. Sam was nice enough to convey progress reports from the power company as to when it would be restored. If I had one negative, it would be that the front and back door are not keyed the same. The key to the house only opens the back door, and it was kind of inconvenient. Overall, we would stay here again. Thanks

Overall, the property was nice. Quiet. 4th of July is one of their busiest times, so not that quiet, but better than most places. The scenery is amazing. The WiFi in the master bedroom is sketchy at best. If you are the person to fall asleep with the TV on, not so great. That's the only time we used that TV. We ended up using devices. Sam Gracie is a very responsive manager. Top notch. The actual owners give instructions for the house. The golf cart does NOT need to be refueled per the instructions. The golf cart rental area confirmed that. The instructions for the trash are extravagant. The owners say to buy trash bags. The laundry room was full of them. You must buy beach towels. We did, and left ours there. Hopefully the next renters can use them. Most supplies can be purchased on the island. But there is a Publix on Lady's Island that you can buy things from. There are 2 coffee makers. Keurig and a regular. Plenty of filters for the regular, but buy pods if that is your thing. Overall, nice home. Great location to nearly everything. The restaurant food is more geared to kids, so don't think you're getting any fine dining. Check the menus through the app first if food is your thing.
